This three bedroom property is situated in the Pendra Loweth Holiday Village 3 miles from Falmouth and sleeps six in three bedrooms


Heather’s Cottage is an end of Terrace three bedroom house situated in within The Village of Gardens at Pendra Loweth, just three miles from Falmouth centre. With accommodation for six in three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. The interior has an essence of smart Parisian, relaxed and contemporary. The patio overlooking the stream, which runs through the village is a lovely feature and the open plan easy living ground floor is ideal for families to get together and catch up on the day’s activities. The resort has a splash pool with jacuzzi, gym (not available until Easter 2021), children’s play area and all weather tennis courts, something for everyone. The resort is set within award-winning gardens and is just a short walk from Falmouth’s best beaches, Maenporth and Swanpool are just 1 mile away, Gyllyngvase and Helford Passage only a few miles further on in either direction. Falmouth is steeped in nautical history, the National Maritime Museum is a fascinating visit or meander through the narrow streets where an array of shops, restaurants and bars can be discovered, alternatively hop on one of the ferries which run from the pier to St Mawes or Helford River – there is always plenty to do. A perfect location to entertain the whole family at any time of year.

Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth.It has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time. Note: Car charging points are available outside of the office next to the disabled car parking bay. Town: Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbourside pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).
