Old stone house in village of Mrkovi, restored ruin with modern comfort, best convenient for a family and befriended couples.
Main - and adjoining - building connected by outside stairs. Main - building: ground floor as living- and dining room, double bed sofa, floor heating, open fireplace, toilet. Indoorstairs connect rooms. First floor: open to the roof, fireplace, double bed sofa, sitting group, stairs to gallery with double bed and balcony. From gallery entrance to roof terrace (16 m2) Adjoining building – ground floor: vaulted bathroom with toilet, spacious kitchen. First Floor: shadowy arcade, double bed sleeping room with adjoining bathroom and toilet, wooden floor. Above that the stone terrace (about 24 m2). The inner court has about 30 m2. Garden with equipment (sun-beds) at the backside of the house.

We came in 2008 as guests and felt in love with that beautiful, rural country.
When we saw all the ruins we decided to start restauration of one we found in
TICI. This happend in 3 years of personal commitment and was well done.
After this project we started with a 2. house and when this was finished we built a new house in traditional ways. All of them are made for privat use. As we are renting them now, we had to do some modifications. Hopefully our guests will love it as we!

What makes this property unique

That house has some specialities: As 2 buildings are connected there are a lot of stairs!
Outside and inside. Children often tells us it is like a castle! Maybe that´s the way you see it?
