This brand new apartment has a perfect location in the city center of Barcelona. Situated right on Plaza Catalunya, it is just 100m away from Las Ramblas and around the corner from Paseo de Gracia. This location is unbeatable if you want to be in the very epicenter of busy Barcelona life and be able to reach all main places of interest by foot. There are several metro stations located next to the apartment, so it's easy to travel around the city.
This modern apartment of 80m2 features three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with views over Plaza Catalunya and a fully equipped kitchen. The elegant living room is bright with warm wooden floors, and is tastefully decorated. The dining area features a dining table with chairs for a pleasant dinner in the apartment after a busy day of sightseeing around Barcelona. Two full bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle) and is completely ready to use in case you decide to stay in and prepare a Mediterranean dinner from fresh local products you can buy on Boqueria Market on Las Ramblas or in a big supermarket located on the ground floor of ElCorte Ingles shopping center, situated just across the road from the apartment, Linen and towels are provided by the property. Baby cot and high chair available upon request and availability. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator in the building.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

Centre of Barcelona

Perfect location for accessing the city. Very good communication and response from host who managed a few minor issues quickly. Property is beginning to look a little tired and the second and third bedrooms are quite tight, particularly for adults. Overall we had a good time.

Would return in an instant!

This was perfect. The location can't be beat - right on the main square where every walking tour leaves from, walking distance from so much of what you want to see, there is a GREAT supermarket in the basement of the Cortes Ingles right across the street, so if you don't feel like staying up for dinner at 930 you can make dinner at home. Very comfortable with a great view of the square. The listing accurately shows everything, unlike so many listings. Everything was great.

Superb aparment!!! Great location!!

We stayed at this apartment and our expirience was great. The apartment is right in the city center, so we were able to walk everywhere and there are lots of nice restaurants and shops in the area! The staff is very friendly and the services offered through the Concierge Service were just perfect. We will definetly stay with You Stylish again.
