Apartment with 3 bedrooms, living room, 2 private terrace, separate kitchen and 2 bathroom, and garage, located next to the Plaza de Toros Maestranza in Seville and five minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Alcazar, with capacity for 6 people.
The area is very lively, but the street of the apartment is very quiet.
It is air conditioned cold and hot, and all its furniture is new; the apartment has sheets, towels and blankets and free internet connection.
The apartment is divided into:
1º / The living room with living area furnished with comfortable sofas, television and library and dining table for six people.
2º / The kitchen equipped with all appliances (microwave, ketel, and abundant kitchenware and dishes) and with direct access to the terrace.
3º / The terrace is contiguous to the kitchen, is very sunny and is furnished to be able to eat in it, has about thirty square meters.
4º / 3 bedrooms; 2 with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are enough closets to leave the clothes and personal belongings of the guests.
The area is known as El Arenal and is around the Cathedral. Very lively area with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, supermarkets, banks, etc.
There is a nearby market: the Arenal Market. And supermarkets of El Corte Inglés, MAS, etc.
The area is accessed by bus from the airport. The corresponding bus stop is Plaza de Toros.
It is also accessible by taxi. Ask us the prices of taxis.
For those who come by car there is a good public parking on Paseo Colón.

Great apartment and fantastic host

The flat was excellent, just as described and in a fantastic location. It was an extremely hot week in Seville but the air conditioning was great and the roof terrace ideal later in the evening. Maria was a brilliant host, very helpful and communication was excellent. I would recommend both property and host absolutely!

Great place and location

Really enjoyed this place, especially the upstairs bed and bath and outdoor space. Location was great and so close to the cafes and stores Many stairs to get to the place, not a problem for us but could be for those with limited mobility. Also the hunting decor (especially the fox/rabbit) was a little disturbing. Otherwise a great place!

A little disappointed - Sept 2024

Yes, you have the whole house in the rental, but no where in the description does it say the living space is on the third floor with no elevator. The third bedroom is accessed on the top floor through the terrace, outside the locked entrance to the main living quarter. The hunting decor is not really family friendly. While the apartment has old world charm, it does need a little TLC. Getting in and out of the garage with a rental car is a little scary.
