Waterfront home on the Little Pigeon River but just half mile from the Parkway. Come hear the birds and enjoy the rocking chairs and private hot tub. Fish for trout even from your deck. We offer a BBQ Grill, Picnic Table and large covered parking for up to 4 cars.

Charming gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and leather furniture. Enjoy Two large king master bedrooms both with their own direct bathroom access. Oversized indoor jetted tub.

Cable, HBO, DVD, Net Flix and board games.

Come see why we fell in love with this home and it's easy half mile distance to the Parkway. Easy drive even with winter snow.

We include linens, towels and starter supplies of bath soap, paper towels, dw soap, dish soap and tp. Just bring your own shampoo and laundry soap if needed.

Amy’s Waterfront Blessing is a beautiful cabin located in a quiet neighborhood Close to the main strip. It was quiet and comfortable. I definitely plan to stay there again. There was ample room inside, and it was well equipped.

Very nice home and perfect for our two Golden Retrievers. They enjoyed hours just sitting on the back deck watching the ducks and geese. We enjoyed the quiet nature of the home and the neighborhood. Will most definitely book again in the near future.

We would have much more enjoyed having a larger television in the living room as we had two adults with vision problems. It was very hard to see the picture on such a small tv. It was quite difficult getting in and out of the tub in the first bedroom for not so tall adults. We certainly enjoyed the outdoors. Loved the swing and the beautiful little river.

Was such a good stay. We didnt use the fireplace so im not sure how great that was. However the hot tub was nice. The location was awesome, and it was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

We have twin 12 year old girls and they loved this home. The pac-man game was a HUGE hit as was the hot tub. The beds were super comfortable. One of the best things I heard was when we were leaving this morning and one of the twins said “Hey, dad, we went the whole weekend and never turned on the TV’s!”It was a wonderful stay!

A peaceful and relaxing retreat minutes from all the fun on the strip! We enjoyed watching the wildlife on the river while sipping coffee in the morning and star gazing from the hot tub at night! Dolly Parton's Stampede and the Titanic museum were highlights of our trip. With so much to see and do nearby, we definitely plan to return to this home.Also highly recommend Iron Forge Brewery for those traveling with dogs. Very pet and people friendly, right in the 'hood.

This home is in a great location and close to many attractions and places to dine. We enjoyed all of the amenities that the home had, especially the arcade game with Galaga! Brought back a lot of good memories when my wife and I were dating in the early 80's. The home was very comfortable and we loved that it had a recliner and reclining sofa. It definitely helped since it was nice to relax after long days of shopping and walking around Dollywood. The river view from the back deck was super nice too. The home is also located in a quite neighborhood, so we never had a problem with noisy neighbors. We would definitely keep this home on our list of nice places to stay in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area.

My husband & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!

Why they chose this property

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We loved that this property was walking distance to restaurants and the Trolley. We fell in love with the porch swing right on the water. We love the water views and peaceful surroundings. We also enjoy the changes on the River which can be fast flowing or down to a babbling stream. We also purchased this property because we loved how close it is to Dollywood (3 miles). We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is our hot tub. We're also just 1 mile from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

What makes this property unique

We love watching the nature right off our balcony. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are a short distance to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite We love being on the waterfront just a half mile from the Parkway Traffic Light #1. The large open grassy area, covered porch swing and picnic table make the outdoors even better.
