Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment within walking distance of the beach!
Vaulted ceilings, large deck with gas BBQ, private entrance and a fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen.
Located in the heart of Corona del Mar village, short walk to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to Fashion Island shopping mall, Pelican Hill Golf Course, Crystal Cove State Beach, Balboa Island and much more.
A perfect Holiday spot for couples or families! Beach towels and beach chairs available for your use.

Great Location

My daughter and I made a quick visit to Corona Del Mar and Colleen provided a very clean and hospitable stay. Location was excellent for us to walk in the morning for breakfast and a stroll on the beach. Thank you!

Exceeded expectations

The location was ideal. Walking distance to the beach , many restaurants, a market and pharmacy. Easy access by car to other beach towns. The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked.

Wonderful place to stay

From booking the reservation to the last minute of the stay, everything was wonderful. Colleen is a wonderful owner who helped us adjust the the weekend stay at her property. The place was very clean, welcoming, charming and very relaxing with beautiful little terrace to enjoy the views of the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend and book her property in the future.

Colleen's upstairs one-bedroom villa is very clean and well equipped. She is quite pleasant and accommodating. The bed is very comfortable and the closet space is great. It is also conveniently located to great dining and shopping.

This is an excellent place to stay. Has everything we needed and some extras. Location is ideal in a very nice neighborhood. Safe for walking anytime day or night. The manager really made us feel at home. I expect we will be back!

Cute little gem in Corona Del Mar!

Our family of 3 spent a week at this perfect little apartment in a great location. Close to amazing beaches, restaurants and shopping. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Only 25 minutes to Disneyland. Colleen has thought of everything; we felt welcomed and taken care of during our stay.

Perfect house, perfect location everything was just as we had hoped. Colleen’s attention to detail was great. Arrived late at night so having snacks and coffee available for next morning was so nice. The house was clean and comfortable. Communication was good as well! Thank you Colleen!

Perfect place to stay in CDM

The property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to enjoy a few days in CDM. Colleen was an attentive host. The kitchen was fully stocked for preparing meals at home.The living room was large enough to have people sleep on the pull-out couch and still enjoy the space during the day. Evenings are quiet. Huge walk-in closet (large enough for a pack and play) or suitcases. The deck was perfect for enjoying sunsets and fresh air. We could walk to all of the CDM restaurants, playgrounds, Sherman Gardens, grocery store, and (most importantly) the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

A Great Location

Things We Loved About the Property: My husband and I loved the location of Colleen’s 1 bedroom unit. It’s walkable to the beach, dining and shopping without being in a super busy or loud area. We appreciated the curated list of restaurants and support for local artists in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked and it was really fun to grill on the patio. Things we didn’t like: There isn’t actually a parking spot for the unit, it should say street parking on the listing. We parked on the wrong side and got a ticket. We did not find the bed or pillows comfortable and bought our own topper and pillows during the stay. The couch and chairs in the living area are quite aged and not that comfy. I know hosts need signs and rules to keep their unit in good condition, but I didn’t appreciate the sign on the AC unit saying not to run it while we were out. It was unseasonably warm while we were there and the unit stayed hot and humid most of the stay.

Colleen was a great host during my recent stay at her property - we had an issue with the grill and she was kind enough to let us use her personal grill - property was as advertised and the location was very convenient to the beach - would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to get away and enough the summer beach weather
