Broadband and WiFi, selection of books and games. Cinema Room with comfy seating for up to 14 people with Sky TV and a 75" Smart TV. Further 5 x Smart TVs throughout the property inc kitchen and each bedroom. Games room with a dart board, a combi football/pool table. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent.
