KITCHEN: cozy, granite countertops, cabinets & storage space, full-size refrigerator, electric stove top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fully stocked w/ dishware, cookware, utensils, cleaning supplies

Lots of storage and two dressers, two closets, skylight in bedroom

LIVING ROOM: cozy, comfy couches, coffee table, end tables, large flat screen TV w/ Amazon Firestick (Netflix & Amazon Prime included)

BATHROOM: shower w/ window, lots of natural light, granite top vanity, lots of storage below sink & behind mirror (additional linen closet)

- the one bedroom is fully furnished including linens, towels, dishware, cookware, beach cooler, beach chairs, cleaning supplies & more

**HOUSE RULES**

- Pets allowed, TBD - price might be adjusted (no cats)
- NO smoking in the house or anywhere on the rental property
- Quiet hours at the house are 10pm - 7am
- This is a beach home, not a party house. Have fun on the beach and at the bars, then come home to rest, relax, and recharge. Please respect our neighbors and the family-friendly block by keeping it fun, yet peaceful.

Just what was needed

The location was absolutely fantastic, and exactly what we needed. Perfect walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, bars... literally everything you would want to get to on the west end. The hosts were absolutely fantastic, and made sure we had all the accommodations that we needed. Will definitely be looking to book here again in the future!

House was cozy and in a great location near many great restaurants, bars, shops. Paul and Maureen were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Amazingly close to the beach. Nothing too fancy but price is totally appropriate for what you get :)

What makes this property unique

Located only steps from the beautiful beach, you can hear the ocean when you wake up. The home is newly renovated with a spacious open floor plan. Tons of windows offer great natural light and a nice ocean breeze. The private back patio is a nice place to relax, unwind, and grill on the BBQ.
