Villa Can Soler is an attractive and traditional rural villa located on an extensive plot of land; private and peaceful with fabulous views, but with easy access to the charming old town of Pollensa.A closed path leads to the long terrace covered with comfortable rest areas and tables, as well as an integrated barbecue, perfect for dining outdoors or simply relaxing. Next to it is a large kidney-shaped pool with a conveniently located shower room.A door from the terrace leads to the spacious traditional kitchen with marble countertops and a separate, fully equipped pantry with modern appliances. Another door leads to the charming Mallorcan-style living/dining room.A corridor provides access to a double room with a private shower bathroom, a room with two single beds and a bathroom. Both rooms have beautiful views of the garden. Portable air conditioning units are provided.A flight of stairs leads to the enormous sunbathing terrace with 360-degree panoramic views of the mountains, countryside, and bay. There is a dining table and chairs in a shaded area, and there is ample space for sun loungers. This is a magical place to watch the sunrise over the bay, sunbathe during the day, and then watch the sunset over the mountains, all with total privacy. An independent service room contains the washing machine and an additional refrigerator.The swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden full of mature trees, flowering shrubs, and many types of palm trees. A door leads to a productive orchard, a vegetable garden, and a wild area, a perfect place for a picnic. Guests are invited to help themselves to ripe fruit.Villa Can Soler is perfect for those seeking a comfortable and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AMWe will send you a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory.Important information to take into account:In case of key loss or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
