RELAXING LIFE RESORT
The Villa is located in Spoltore 6 km from the center of Pescara and the sea. Surrounded by greenery, it is composed of two apartments. The apartment for rent is the one located on the ground floor and on the 1st floor is about 350 square meters and consists of a suite consisting of a double bedroom, two bathrooms (one with a whirlpool tub). Double bedroom with bathroom, double bedroom with a bathroom nearby. The hall with fireplace and dining area is large and the kitchen is large. From the living area you enter the porch and the garden where there is a beautiful swimming pool of 12 meters x 6 meters. All rooms are air conditioned and furnished with fine furniture.
On the upper floors there is a separate apartment where the property lives. The Villa is a place of peace and relaxation, you can relax by the pool, read a good book, sip a good glass of wine. The Villa is 1.5 km from the town center and 2 km from a shopping center where there is a supermarket, shops, cinemas, restaurants etc ....

Family "Finding their Roots
This newer constructed Villa has all the conveniences of home high end finishes and furnishings which add an old world charm . The countryside location is peaceful with outstanding vistas of the hillsides. Just minutes by car to the Sea, restaurants and shops. The landlord Stefano was responsive to our needs and a great concierge. Highly Recommended
