Tolle Ferienwohnung in direkter Strandlage

Die Lage am Strand ist einmalig. Saubere gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnungwohnung. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad wurde vor kurzem saniert. Leider ist das Haus extrem hellhörig. Die Hellhörigkeit ist der einzige Makel, dies kann aber leider nicht geändert werden. Im Bad gab es einen strengen Geruch. Wahrscheinlich kommt dieser Geruch durch die Lüftung von Tieren, die sich dort in Zwischenräumen eingenistet haben. Diese Tiere kann man teilweise nachts hören. Eventuell könnte man die Luftschächte mal reinigen und auf unliebsame Bewohner untersuchen.

Las mejoras de aire acondicionado por conductos en todas las estancias y carpintería exterior con muy buena insonorización Todo perfecto a excepción de dos recomendaciones a mejorar: 1º Plaza aparcamiento muy estrechas, un día no pude ni acceder al vehículo ya que me dejaron tan poco espacio que no podía ni abrir las puertas. 2º El sofá tendría que mejorar en comodidad, creo que solo se prioriza que sea sofá cama y se omite la comodidad de poder sentarse cómodamente en el.

Un bel emplacement pour un beau séjour

La situation du G5 en retrait du vent du large est très appréciable au printemps. Le balcon est idéal pour le repas de midi, avec une jolie vue. L'équipement avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge est très pratique. Les lits faits à l'arrivée, les serviettes et le ménage inclus permettent de passer des vacances sans tracas. La salle de bain commence à être vétuste (le robinet du lavabo est très abimé, la chasse d'eau du WC fuit un peu, et une douche serait plus dans l'air du temps pour économiser l'eau !) Les coussins du dossier du canapé commencent à s'affaisser, donc moins confortables.
