Casa Clara is nestled in the heart of a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. It is only a 10 minute walk away from Carvoeiro’s renowned ‘Restaurant Hill’. It is approached by a private driveway, with off road parking for a number of cars. Local family Golf courses, breath-taking cliff walks and spectacular beaches are all less than a mile away.



This stunning fully renovated villa has an inviting circular hallway, with a striking spiral staircase as its centrepiece. The modern open plan Kitchen / Dining / Living area, is infused with light and beautifully decorated, in a fresh contemporary style. There is a wood burner stove, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a downstairs cloakroom and air conditioning units in the open plan area. There are two sets of double glazed Patio doors leading to covered entertaining areas, Jacuzzi and a heated pool (Extra cost of 200€ per week) and landscaped gardens.



The villa has three double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and fabulous en-suite shower rooms with U/F heating. There is a a bath in the main downstairs en-suite. The Master Bedroom is on the first floor and opens onto a spacious terrace, affording good sea views and far reaching views of the Monchique Mountains. This is an ideal spot for Yoga/Pilates, sunbathing and sundowners!



The atmospheric Courtyard is neatly tucked away with a traditional BBQ. There is an external utility room and drying area fitted with a new washing machine. All doors and windows have been upgraded to the highest standards, and are equipped with individual electrically operated shutters. A new burglar alarm system has also been added for extra peace of mind.

Fabulous family holiday

Casa Clara is a beautiful villa with great facilities. We stayed as 3 generations including 3 teenagers and we were all throughly impressed. The pool area is exceptional and the interior is of a very high standard. The walk into town is very manageable. Highly recommended.

This is our second visit to Casa Clara and we were not disappointed. It was just how we remembered, perfect. It doesn't feel like you are staying in a rented villa, it feels just like home. The Jacuzzi was an added bonus this year which we all enjoyed. We have already booked 2 holidays at the villa next year as have friends and family. See you in 2025.

We first visited this beautiful villa in 2019 and booked to return in 2020. Due to the pandemic this didn't happen and this is the first year that we have returned. The villa has improved since our last visit (we didn't think it could be improved as it was perfect). It was amazing, it doesn't feel like a rented villa, it feels like home. Thank you to Elite rentals for their service and thank you to the owners of the property for allowing us to rent their spectacular home. We have already booked twice for next year and from my recommendations to friends and family, they have also booked.

Great Villa

We had not done a villa holiday before, so were a little unsure what to expect. We were so impressed with most of what we found, lovely villa well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool likewise was a great size heated as requested and water clear blue. The only disappointment was the hot tub, it was grubby looking, water looked as though it needed changing a greasy tide mark all around and the water was no warmer than the pool, we have one at home which is always spotless lifting the lid at the villa was quite a shock and disappointment.

Casa bem localizada num local tranquilo. A moradia tem excelentes dimensões, em ótimo estado de conservação e muito confortável tanto no exterior como no seu interior. Com uma decoração de bom gosto, confortável, moderna, bem climatizada e com equipamentos em bom estado, funcionais e de gama alta. Para este nível de qualidade, faltou um check-in profissional, e uma ausência total de acompanhamento aos hóspedes, não houve em qualquer momento um telefonema para apurar se tudo decorria bem na nossa estadia. De lamentar. Sugerimos um check-in presencial no futuro, pois sentimos que para os custos associados faz todo o sentido. Recomendamos vivamente o aluguer desta moradia.

Great time at Casa Clara

Case Clara's location is just a short walk to Carveioro Centre - we averaged 17 mins per walk. Its a 10 mins walk to Algar Seco and from there you can walk the boardwalk into town. Sunset is spectacular. The location of the property is directly opposite a restaurant but there is very little noise from it. The driveway and overall first impression leading to the property was awesome. Its clearly looked after. The Entranceway is great with a sweeping staircase upstairs to the main bedroom and ensuite - with a great outside area. These were well kept, clean and the bathroom was really nicely decorated. Right from the Entranceway was the other two bedrooms. Double bed which I believe can be split and a twin bedroom. Double Bedroom has an ensuite with a whirlpool bath. Left from the Entranceway was the main room, kitchen and dining area. All clean and well presented. Large TV . There are quite a few entrances to the pool area to suit. A great feature is a bar area with an outdoor sink and fridge. WE loved this area. Pool was also great but Cold. Its only 1.2m at the deep end and 0.8m at the shallow end so great for throwing balls and volleyball without having to tread water. The whole area around the pool was great. There is an hot tub but it looks like its only for owners use or perhaps only open in Winter. There are various seating areas outside for eating food and a good array of plastic cups and plates. Electric shutters are on all windows and doors and they make a huge difference to entry and exits and for feeling safe and secure. The property was really great for our stay. We enjoyed coming back to it each night. We met Kate (Rental Management) a few times and she was really really awesome and gave some good advice Best Bits: Comfy Beds Lots of good quality Towels inc for pool area Plastic Cutlery etc for outside Outdoor Fridge Pool you could stand up in Maid was great Areas for improvement: No Electric Orange Juicer - We bought one for 12 euros from the supermarket and we picked up oranges from the guy at the side of the road. Think it would make a great addition Better TV Instructions: I didn't use it much but it was difficult to know what to do No Music System with Bluetooth I could connect to Spotify: I did it a few times through the TV but gave up

Fantastic house

The house was really nice, just like the photos. It even had an extra space outside with a bar and a lounge. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The only issue was that the kitchen wasn't equipped very well. Just the basics. There was no coffee machine, but the agency brought it to us after a few days. In general the communication with them was a little difficult. The outside shower did not work, and they told us they would come and fix it, but they never did. Regardless we had a great stay, and can really recommend Casa Clara!

Recently renovated and upgraded - could do with upgrading the pictures- this is a superb quality villa . Spacious and well fitted with Ikea product . Almost everything is new right throughout and we were pleasantly surprised by this . Good location easy to walk into town or taxi home for 8-10 Euros . Very few quibbles - no tea pot , some more cutlery and crockery but otherwise you would find it difficult to complain! Looking to rebook soon

Casa Clara has just been completely renovated inside to a very high standard. Beautifully decorated with everything that you need for a self catering holiday. Lovely large pool , together with pool towels and a lovely shaded outside eating area. 15 mins downhill walk to the main square and 4 euros return in a taxi ! Loved our stay here and hope to return
