There is driveway parking for 1 car along with a beautiful private garden with table and chairs to relax in on a summer evening. The large, fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook or make breakfast as you wish. Our comfy, cosy apartment offer plenty of space for you to make this your home from home in Ascot! The complimentary superfast wifi allows you to conduct your business uninterrupted.
Large kitchen has all modern appliances, including toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, large fridge, washing machine and dryer. Clean, spacious, modern bathroom with electric shower over the bath. Living room with large 55inch Smart tv and free Sky Movies! Home from home never felt so good!
Great area for young kids, there's a superb duck pond just around the corner.
It is only a 20 min walk to Ascot racecourse and train station to catch a train to Reading. The bus stop for Bracknell, Legoland or Windsor is only 2 mins walk. Lapland UK is a 5 minute drive away. It is also ideally placed for Longcross Studios. With all mod cons it is a true home from home making it ideal for families or couples on business or leisure.

Thanks for staying with us Nicki. Wish I'd known you were going to the Racecourse as there is a shortcut - lovely walk round the pond. Only takes 15-20 minutes. Or it's a 5 min taxi drive. Hope to see you back again!

A pleasant stay
The flat was lovely and had everything my family needed. The rule about no visitors we felt was unreasonable. My sister and her family have just immigrated and we’re keen to see other family members during their stay. Roadworks were noisy at times.

Basic flat in a great position for trips to London, THORPE Park and Legoland.
The owner Fiona was very helpful even suppling a fan because of the hot weather. Great location, ideal for theme parks and London. Located in a quiet area of ascot not too far from the race track. The flat itself had everything needed to be a home from home. Could do with a hand rail on the stairs to help people who are not so able.
