Exterior: cloister of 60 sqm., 50 sqm. terrace, 1,000 sqm. garden, outdoor car parking.
Outdoor equipment: shower, a table with six sun loungers.
The location is breathtaking and at the same time breezy and only 3 km from the sea.
Guests can also access the 1,000 square meters of land surrounding the house and admire a 19th century house near their residence.

Piccola casetta con una meravigliosa vista sul mare. Ottimo il terrazzo con doccia esterna, molta privacy. Arredo, frigorifero, dotazioni in cucina e cancello un po da rivedere.
