Villa overlooking the splendid Ionian Sea
Lovely place located on the shore of the Ionian sea. Newly built property equipped with all comforts, air-conditioned rooms, brand new furniture, equipped porch, outdoor garden for exclusive use etc.
Furthermore there is the possibility to use the services of the Catarina beach bathing establishment, such as beach umbrellas and deck chairs, bar service and breakfast, lunch etc.
On the pristine beach the sea turtle caretta caretta often nests. Sometimes thanks to the intervention of the University of Calabria it was possible to watch the spectacular hatching of the eggs at night.
Furthermore there is the possibility to use the services of the Catarina beach bathing establishment, such as beach umbrellas and deck chairs, bar service and breakfast, lunch etc.
