"Cinquelle", Cassia 21 is a beautiful three bedroom villa located in the exclusive golf resort community of Royal Westmoreland on the west coast of Barbados. Newly refurbished in 2017 this charming villa features two bedrooms in the main house and an adjacent self-contained cottage which is connected through a private courtyard. The property sits on the corner lot of the Cassia Heights development, providing extra privacy and spectacular views of the golf course and Caribbean Sea. Royal Westmoreland offers a wide range of impeccable community features including a Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Clubhouse and 24 Hour Security.

Featuring vaulted ceilings, Cassia 21’s open plan living and dining room creates a cool and welcoming atmosphere. The large covered patio is a perfect location to relax and enjoy the tropical breezes of Barbados while sipping a refreshing cocktail. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature their own private bathrooms. The master bedroom walks out to the patio and has a small office nook and private TV. In keeping with many high end features throughout the house, the kitchen is outfitted with a range of brand new top of the line appliances and equipment. The housekeeper is in house five days a week to make sure everything is kept at the highest standards during your vacation.

Guests staying at Cassia 21 have the added benefit of the Royal Westmoreland Club facilities (Sanctuary Pool, Gym, Tennis and Mullins Beach Club). With effect from 1st May 2026 Royal Westmoreland will be operating a resort charge of $250BDS per week or part thereof. This is payable directly to the Club upon collection of resort passes.

We had a lovely time at Cassia 21. It was perfect. Great view of the course, located 10 minutes from the beach club, and the villa has lots of gathering spots for meals and cocktails, but plenty of privacy when desired.

A fabulous property in a great location

21 Cassia Heights is a fabulous property in a very beautiful location. Overlooking the 18th hole of Royal Westmorland Golf Course but conveniently located close to the pool, club house and rum shack. It’s a very tidy house, well equipped and comfortable. Close to Holetown, Speightstown and the myriad bars and restaurants those have to offer. I’d highly recommend a stay here. The host, Michelle is super helpful and always makes sure you have everything you need.

An oasis you will never want to leave!

While a picture is worth a thousand words, it unfortunately cannot capture the beauty of this villa. Waking up on in the morning and having coffee on the veranda listening to the birds while looking over the perfectly groomed 18th green all the way to the lovely blue ocean is magical. The same holds true as you watch the sun slip below the sea at sundown while sipping a cool cocktail! Sitting on the top of the hill there's always a nice cool breeze blowing through. Just steps from the villa is the pool - which has a large lap pool, a shallow kids pool and a hot tub. It is surrounded by lots of lounge chairs, a great pool bar and a well outfitted gym. The villa itself is fitted out with everything you might need for your stay - every detail has been carefully considered...from the utensils in the kitchen to the candle lights on the veranda. The kitchen, dining room, living room and veranda flow together...all with sweeping views and a lovely breeze. The master bedroom is large, and has both its own bathroom and small office included. The second bedroom is also well appointed, and comes with a balcony that overlooks the golf course and sea. For those who need extra privacy, the third bedroom is it's own self-contained cottage located just across the small interior courtyard. With the villa comes Kim, the housekeeper. There's no question that it was a delight to return to the villa after a day on the beach or in the sea to find our laundry done and neatly folded, and the villa cleaned to perfection. Tea lights were replaced, fresh towels laid out, and and special requests were taken care of. Did we have any problems? Yes...but they were addressed immediately. An air conditioning unit malfunctioned, and the Royal Westmoreland property manager sent the repairman right away. The resort had a power "brown out" on New Year's eve leaving us unable to cook our fresh fish for dinner, so the restaurant on the property grilled it for free for us. They likely cooked it better than we could have! It was nice to know that when something went wrong we had immediate access to the owner, the housekeeper and the property manager. There's no question that this villa is a hidden gem. If we are able to return to Barbados we will definitely return to this villa.

Michelle’s place is exceptional. It feels like you’re staying in a 5 star hotel but with more space and all the conveniences of home. The beds are very comfortable, the A/C is more than ample and the views are beautiful. The place is fully equipped, well appointed and high end. One of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed in!

Fabulous villa

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this villa which is just beautiful. A beautiful villa that will not disappoint

We stayed at Cassia 21 for two weeks with our family of five (including twin three year olds). The villa is beautiful, spacious and safe and has everything you’ll need. It is in the perfect location- close to grocery stores, luxury shops, restaurants and the best beaches! Michelle, the Villa’s host, is the most helpful and so gracious. She will give you tips and tricks for restaurants, boat trips and everything local, and she’ll check in often to make sure everything is great. We will be back!! We loved it.

Wonderful villa in great location

We had a super time at Cassia 21. The villa was lovely and in a great location overlooking the golf course. Michelle the owner gave recommendations on the best restaurants so we tried out a few. We also went by speedboat to the Fishpot which was suggested by Michelle and had a great time. On our last evening we went to Tides, a fine dining restaurant and it was a superb. We would highly recommend Cassia 21 for a great vacation.

As advertised

Our party of six, including 2 teens, enjoyed two fabulous weeks at Cassia 21 just recently. The pictures online does the actual property no justice. Spacious, well appointed, and tastefully decorated, the villa was as advertised. Our flight to Barbados was considerably delayed, and yet, the housekeeper, Kim, met us at the property after hours, on her day off. She was cheerful and very helpful in discovering the local area. We would not hesitate to book again.

Absolutely First Class Property

Cinquelle-cassia 21 RWM was absolutely stunning. 5 star without question. Absolutely perfect in everyway.The pictures don't do it justice, as the attention to detail from the owners is simply stunning throughout this property. Set overlooking the 18th green, with sea views it provides fantastic walks through the course, with tennis courts, pool and Club House. The bedrooms are wonderful and the separate villa (within the property) was ideal for my teenage son. It is within minutes of the finest beach, where you can swim with the turtles daily, and take part in numerous water activities if you feel energetic, together with a fantastic beach bar. There are numerous restaurants nearby and in particular The Lone Star restaurant is 5 minutes and quite possibly the best on the island and worth a visit or two! There are shops nearby to suit the most stylish with lovely coffee bars to rest your legs. There are not enough words to describe how fantastic this property is and without hesitation I would recommend it in a heart beat. Fantastic place and fantastically placed to explore the wonderful Island of Barbados. You will not be disappointed!
