Villa Jardim is a beautiful villa, well furnished, with unlimited free wifi and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room featuring a large pool and a garden where you can have your barbecue with friends and also games room with snooker, tennis-table, sky hokey, mini-foot.

Situated on a gently elevated position overlooking the Salgados Golf course, Galé beach and the ocean beyond, and benefits from magnificent sunsets to the West. The villa is located on a small private estate with no traffic called "Friendship Farm", quiet and calm but still close to many amenities and the beautiful local beaches that are within a 5 minute drive.

Outside Villa Garden is completely fenced and gated entrance leads to a small parking area right on the front of the villa. The south facing swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with sun loungers and shower. A brick barbecue with al fresco dining area can be found at the back of the property, just outside the kitchen, beautifully shaded by palm and pine trees.

Underground Floor You will find the Rooms game: Snooker and professional table football, tenis table and sky hockey.

Ground Floor Entrance hall. Living room with a quality sofa, samart tv and dining area. Kitchen with breakfast table, ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and iron. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and 2 bath / shower rooms (1 en suite).

First Floor There are 2 twin bedrooms, both en suite bath / shower rooms and private terraces with beautiful views across the Salgados golf course and sand dunes to the sea.

A very nice large property with all equipment necessary, in a quiet area and short walk from 2 nice restaurants, Aldi is only a 15 minute walk overall a great property for a family break

Lovely Villa

This Villa was well equipped, bathrooms were very nice. The pool was amazing very clean. We found 2 restaurants with in walking distance which we found excellent ,but looking around we saw at least one other, The beach was about a 10 minute drive if that ,lovely beach. We enjoyed our week there well worth a visit

Another fabulous stay

Our second stay this year, third overall and again absolutely superb! The villa is equipped with absolutely everything you can imagine. A beautiful big garden with a fantastic pool and views from the front. Rui and his GM cannot be more helpful and we look forward to seeing them again next year!

Perfect house for a family vacation. Location very good. We where 7 adults and 2 kids. The pool and gaming room was awsome. Great kitchen with all you need to cook. Beds a little bit hard. Easy to get in contact with owner.

Great villa

The villa was everything we hoped for. Great pool and lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. The newly refurbished kitchen was great. There was plenty of outside space which offered shade. The outside table and benches was great for meals. We had a little trouble with the games room door but, apart from that, everything worked as it should. Afonso went above and beyond for us. It was our daughter's 18th birthday when we arrived and he had arranged for a cake to be made and there were balloons and decorations there for us to put up. We had a wonderful holiday.

Casa Jardim

Beautiful house and suited our party of eight perfectly with four good size bedrooms and four bathrooms. We loved relaxing by the pool and eating in the shady area. The steps and steep position would be difficult for some but my parents in their eighties managed well. The hosts were very attentive to any issues. Car definitely needed but lots of lovely beaches and restaurants a short drive away, we had a lovely week.

Great pool, great playroom for all ages. Villa lovely and roomy, and kitchen has plenty of Crockery etc. Sink has big crack and we assume waiting replacement. Owner very attentive & present. Lots of steps outside and a steep slope, so have to be careful with little ones. Could do with more poolside parasols and table & chairs on balconies to sit out and enjoy the view. Overall, very enjoyable stay

Never Fails to Deliver

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed here and, once again, it was perfect for our needs. The villa is in an excellent position, secluded and virtually private with lovely sea views. There are three restaurants within easy walking distance (under ten minutes) that serve really tasty food and an Aldi supermarket just down the road in Vale de Parra. The villa is clean, light and welcoming and communication with the owner, Rui, is always simple and fast. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Arrived at Villa a bit early around 2pm ish, rang Rui, and asked him if could leave our luggage there so we can get something to eat etc! We also noticed the villa cleaners hadn’t been in yet,but we were 2hrs early. We eventually came back at 4.30pm and still no cleaners, they arrived around 5.15pm ish. It took around 2 hrs to clean until they eventually left! But we had a good holiday at Villa JARDIM, despite a few minor issues. Rui was on call when needed.

Lovely villa with everything you need for a perfect holiday

Stayed 20th July to 27th july 2019 and had a great holiday. There were 8 of us covering three generations of family. The villa had lots of space to accomodate us. Our grandsons, one aged 11 months and the other 8yrs old loved it. The pool was warm and large and lots of outdoor space to play. The games room was a big hit with everyone and gave some relief from the sun. The restaurant Museu dos Salgados nearby was fabulous. Afonso the manager was very efficient. We had no high chair for the baby and contacted him. One was delivered within 10 mins. He also went out and got us a brand new extension lead within 30 mins of asking if one was available. The photos on the website do not do the villa justice in my opinion. It's much nicer. Things that would add to the experience is a fridge in the games room, small amounts of basics like salt, pepper, tea bags.

Great villa!

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday at Villa Jardim. The villa is on a private road with a handful of other villas & set back from the main road in lovely gardens. The other villas were occupied but we didn’t have any noise issues at all whilst we were there. The villa was very clean & there was plenty of space inside - a well equipped kitchen & comfortable lounge. Lovely outdoor table on the patio which we used a lot but couldn’t sit out late because of the lack of outdoor lighting. Festoon lighting would look lovely in this area from the wall to the fence & would make a big difference. The games room was great hit with both adults & children & the pool area was lovely, we slept most of our days round it! A few of the sun loungers could do with being replaced but we could still use them for the children . There was only one large parasol at the pool & being a party of 8, another parasol would have been appreciated by us as it was particularly hot while we were there. There are some lovely restaurants in the area. One thing to note is that they all close on different days in the week so we booked in advance to make sure we could get in - they get very busy! A great time was had by all!

Lots of safety issues and out dated interior

I’ll start with the positives:- Beautiful external appearance to the villa Impressive gardens Mostly en-suite rooms Good kitchen facilities However for the price I expected better standards:- No maid service mid week as stated in property info. Very dangerous games room in basement massive leak coming from light switch above table tennis table causing flooding on floor - I slipped twice hurting my knee. Dangerous electrics Outdated board games - mainly jigsaws from the 80:s Cockroaches, spiders and massive ant problem - mentioned to owner who said he would bring some products, nothing materialised. Ant problem not just in kitchen but bedrooms too. Villa has a dumpster for entire neighbourhood about 50m away - strong smell of cannabis from people standing there to smoke at various times of day. One parasol for entire pool - On a base that does not fit the pole so it wobbles and is prone to snapping in wind. Steps out of pool broken - owner aware but not bothered to fix Noisy neighbours - overlooked from their balcony. Bunch of lads having noisy music well past midnight in adjacent villa every night. No one policing despite 10pm quiet policy. Quite old sunbeds. Tiny glasses for drinking out of - I like at least a pint size glass in the heat Overall, disappointing. Not worth the price charged. Ruim, net huis, goede host, reageert snel en behulpzaam. Fijne plek met schaduw om buiten te eten. Dichtbij supermarkt en strand met de auto. Keuken was qua materialen en apparaten goed gevuld voor 8 personen. Idee: kleine voorraad kruiden, olie, bakpapier /aluminiumfolie in de keuken laten als basis.
