The bathroom has a spacious built-in shower. The apartment is provided with Air conditioning in each room and a very reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company.
The apartment is located in a very quiet and elegant central location, at PIAZZA DEL SUFFRAGIO in front of the national conservatory and of the Medieval Church of SANTA GIULIA. From the terrace sometimes Opera Arias from the conservatory and piano music can be heard. It's an amazing atmosphere! The view from the terrace and from the apartment it is over the roofs and the bell towers of the town.
Checking - in after 8.00pm is possible in request with a late check in fee of 50 euros, to be paid upon your arrival. After midnight, the late check in fee increase to 100 euros.

The closest Parking Mazzini is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.
We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.
