Close to the seaside town of Cromer 18 miles famous for its cromer crabs, Norwich City, 17 miles, loads to do and a main city with 2 catherdrals and castle, great for shopping, Great Yarmouth 17 miles, great fun with plenty for children and adults alike, Pleasure Beach and Sealife centre to name a few. Landscaped gardens, where children can play safely just outside the chalet, heated swimming pool and toddler pool open from Whitsun to September included in your booking (only open to chalet park owners), play area for children, clubhouse & restaurant all overlooking pool area, dogs welcome (must be kept on lead). Regular entertainment during high season, with bands, bingo and other entertainment for children during certain periods.

The property is not wheelchair friendly due to the size of internal doors.

There is no wifi at the property, however 4G is available and wifi is free at the clubhouse.

Shops in walkable distance, including Tesco, Factory Shop, Chemists, Butchers and Coffee Shops.

Please note bed linen is provided however towels are available at an extra cost, and must be requested at the time of booking.

Please note that the electric in the chalet is coin operated. The meter takes £1 coins, and it is your responsibility to have enough for the duration of your stay. There will always be £5 in credit when you arrive. We ask that you leave £5 remaining credit when you leave please.

Please park in the car parks provided, not on the grass verges unless you are a blue badge holder, please let us know if you are when you book.

Please also be aware that the clubhouse and swimming pool are independently owned the opening hours are subject to change without prior notification to the Chalet owners

Please note that all rubbish must be put in the allocated refuse and recycling bins all can be found at the carparks around the park.
