Dave and Kristin have been visiting Fredericksburg for over 20 years and fell in love with not only the town but also with each other. They decided they wanted to own a piece of this Hill Country heaven so they could share it with you. They hope you'll fall in love there too!

Perfect location within walking distance of all the best Fredericksburg has to offer. Large lot with private patio offers a secluded getaway while still being close to all the action.
