The villa with independent garden is included in the exclusive Comunione Pineta Is Morus residential complex of other villas with entrance to the complex with coded automatic gate.
The property is on the ground floor and is 160 square meters consisting of a large living room, kitchen, hallway, laundry room, garage, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, veranda and an outdoor shower. The house has a 1600 sq m planted garden.
The residential complex has a private beach which is located 50 meters from the Villa.
