Playa de Palma, Holiday home 60sqm garden , 2 minutes from mediteranean Sea !

Palma / s' Arenal – At less than 200m from the Mediterranean sea you will find this completely renovated 'official vacational rental 80sqm property' (2017) with 60qm spacious private garden. All on the ground floor with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk in shower. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, dining and seating area with Stove and large sliding door h/c Airco. The bedrooms are provided with each 2 single beds of 90x200 and with each two wardrobes.

For the younger families with children there is a high chair, cot / mini baby bath available. For the elderly we provide a shower chair . Please note that all interior doors have sliding doors with a minimum 88cm passage and that there is a wheelchair / pushchair friendly access through the front door and from the living room to the garden.

The property is located at Balnearia 1, where there are several bus lines to reach by bus from the airport or if you want to go to Palma (about 10 km), other destinations are also by bus to reach from here ..
From the house you can easily reach the Clubnautica of Arenal via the promenade as also you can walk to Can Pastilla.
There are numerous options for transportation (bus, bicycle scooter or car hire) on the boulevard. Also, several other activities such as Aqualand Aquarium, Palma Aquarium, stand-up paddle, kayak and mini golf etc .... are not all too far away. Backery and Playground just around the corner!

There is a rich choice of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Comfortable and roomy, lovely garden area.

We had a very pleasant stay. The property is close to a lovely promenade, all amenities nearby and good bus connections to Palma. The property is ample for 2 people with the added bonuses of 2 bathrooms and outside dining area.

Family Reunion in S’Arenal

Our two grown children flew from different continents to meet us here for a visit to their 90-year-old grandfather. It was a wonderful place to have a reunion: comfortable, accessible property and an easy-to-work-with host. Hope we can stay again sometime soon.

Lovely place close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay with everything in this apartment. The neighborhood was calm and during the nights we all could sleep well in comfortingly beds. The garden with all the greens made it easy to just hang there during the windy days. Jenny was really helpful when needed and a great host overall. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Excellent apartment for 4 people.

Apartment is modern with all facilities. Fast wifi, chromecast and 3 Air Con’s. Lidl is only a 6 minute walk, Mercadona 13 minutes. Great backyard with everything you need. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

All was perfect

The Apartment was very nice. We did like the two quite new renovated bath rooms. All what you need is there. A little cosy garden with a grill, 2 sunbeds and a table is ideal to rest from thousands of restaurants and bars nearby. The conversation to Jenny was very nice and she was always there for ant kind of questions. Can recommend it definitely!

We stayed for a week in September 2018. Jenny the owner was extremely helpful and a delight to deal with. The property was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and restaurants and bars. The 2 bathrooms were spotlessly clean and the kitchen was totally adequate for us (didn't plan on cooking on my holiday.) There is a bus stop at the end of the road which was a regular service into Palma only a short ride away. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Jenny’s apartment and Jenny was a fantastic host. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. The location is great for the beach and parking was easy (in the off season). In general the apartment is great for small children (Jenny provides a cot, high chair, etc and there are no stairs to fall down, etc). The only reason for not giving five stars is the wood stove: it is a lovely feature and adds charm and something special to the properrty. But unfortunately the casing of the stove does get quite hot and there is no child gate / barrier. Our 20 month old touched the wood stove (as curious toddlers will) and it was hot enough to burn and blister her finger. A child falling against the stove could have a nasty burn. So in summary a fantastic apartment except for families with crawling/early walking babies visiting in winter.

Villa ist sicherlich ein arg übertriebener Begriff! Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und günstig gestaltet. Küche kein Backofen. Im Winter keine Sonne. Sauberkeit: Da darf man nicht so genau hinschauen. Fazit: Evtl. für "Partyaufenthalt" ganz cool, aber für ein Paar ist es aus unserer Sicht klar zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung.

Propriété très bien située. À moins de 200 m de la plage et près des épiceries, restos et boutiques. La propriétaire est très gentille et nous a proposé des endroits pour la baignade, paellas, marchés et autres. Toutefois il faut savoir que cette portion de Palma (s’arenal) est une place de partys pour les jeunes touristes et ils sont bruyants. Jumelé à une insonorisation moyenne on les entends la nuit lorsqu’ils marchent dans la rue où nous étions. Le logement comprenait tout ce dont nous avions besoin.

Sehr herzliche Vermieterin

Die Wohnung war exakt so wie beschrieben. Sie war sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation über das Portal war mühsam. Die direkte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ganz hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als wir ein kleines Problem mit Ameisen hatten, hat sie uns sofort und gut geholfen. Wir konnten die Wohnung bereits 5 Stunden früher beziehen als vereinbart.
