Beach front House with 4 bedrooms with pool near Sabinillas (Estepona)

Completely renovated in 2017, our 4 bedroom house welcomes you for a unique stay on the Costa del Sol.
The house has an area of ​​180 m2 on 3 floors, it can accommodate up to 9 people and offers parking possibilities nearby.

The house is made up of:
- On the ground floor: a large living room of 30m2 air conditioned, a large kitchen, a toilet, and a large terrace with dining table, chairs, sunbeds and parasol;
- on the 1st floor: two twin bedrooms with sea view, a bathroom, an air-conditioned double bedroom with bathroom;
- on the 2nd floor: a sea view master bedroom with bathroom and a solarium terrace

All bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilet and walk-in shower.

Equipments:
- The house has wifi and internet in all rooms.
- A large TV with Chromecast in the living room.
- A smart TV in the master bedroom.
- The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric oven, vitro-ceramic hob and a microwave oven.
- Are also at your disposal: an ironing board and an iron.

Ideally located not far from Estepona, the village of Marina de Casares enjoys a calm and family atmosphere. The residence has a swimming pool in the middle of a beautifully maintained green park and faces a large sandy beach.
There are many restaurants and shops within 1km in the friendly seaside resort of San Luis de Sabinillas and the lively Puerto Duquesa marina.

The region is well known for its golf courses. 3 golf courses nearby (Finca Cortesin, Dona Julia, Casares Costa).

Many excursions are possible within an hour: the white villages of Gaucin, Casares and Benahavis, Gibraltar, Ronda, Puerto Banus or Marbella. Or, for day trips, the cities of Malaga, Cadiz, Jerez, Seville, Cordoba and Granada.

For nature lovers, the Sierra de la Neves offers fantastic hikes.

Great location

The closeness of the beach and playgrounds were perfect for the 4 year old. The closeness of cafes and restaurants was great for the adults. Advice and help from Jason just great too. Didn't feel the need to get in the car as everything so close. Weather certainly helped make it a great holiday.

Convenient location, very nice property!

Very well located, near the beach, markets and restaurants. Generally well maintained property, good sized rooms, good quality linens, but some upgrades in appliances could be suggested. Very good response to our inquiries by the owner and his rep. We particularly liked the view from the terrace, which was also a very nice area for morning workouts! We enjoyed our stay in this property in Manilva.

Solheim Stay

Contact with the property manager was good and the pick up of the keys easy. The house was clean on arrival and well appointed. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to beach, a pool in the complex and around an easy 10 minutes flat walk to restaurants of which there was a good variety. All in all we had a good stay using the property as a base for attending the 2023 Solheim cup.

Fantastic place and location

The house is great, located on the seafront and right in front of one of the best beach bars in the area, plus you have a small supermarket 100 meters away and a large supermarket 500 meters away. The house has 4 clean and well-maintained rooms, perfectly equipped and any problem you have can be solved with the owner immediately, we had a small problem with the boiler and he came at 9:00 p.m. to fix it. The pool is good and the shared area is in perfect condition. Next year I hope to be able to enjoy a few days there again :)

A slice of heaven!

Beautiful property and location. The house is very well equipped - just lacking outdoor sun beds! Lidl is very close as long as you walk via dual carriage way and not along sea front as we did in 39 degrees on our first day 🥵 swimming pool was lovely and beach on your doorstep. A super family holiday , will definitely return. This part of the Costa del sol is much nicer than near the Malaga area. We flew into Gibraltar which was brilliant 👍🏻

Many thanks for your comments. We initially invested in 4 sunbeds but after two years there were rusted and all broke. We replaced them.all and again after a couple of years we had to thriw them way. Sorry, but we have decided not to invest in new sun loungers anymore, and recommend to use the available beach or carpets or rent sun beds at the beach.

Lots of bedrooms

The rental offers 4 bedrooms - one per level. The biggest one with the nicest view is on the last level : 30 steps to get there. Small terrace outside of that last bedroom and small terrace on the ground floor.

Great stay! We really enjoyed our time there and are seriously considering booking the house again for next year.A point for improvement would be the cleaning. The cleaning and laundry fees were very high, and the house wasn't as clean as I had expected. The couch cover could have been changed, the floors could have been mopped better, and some of the tablecloths were dirty while others weren't ironed or folded well. The patio hadn't been swept and had sand on it. We had to move some beds to accommodate our children and found dust everywhere. It wasn't horrible (I would have called if it had been), but given the fee we paid, I would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness.

We have filed a complaint with our local service provider, who acknowledged a decline in quality over the past few weeks and will be replacing the person who was in charge of our house. As for the cleaning fees, they may seem high, but they also include the sheets and household linen, which are washed and ironed by a professional laundry service.

Íbamos una familia de 10 miembros entre abuelos, padres e hijos y hemos disfrutado mucho. Nos ha gustado la ubicación, la casa espaciosa, la piscina. En la zona hay una pequeña tiendecita para lo básico, pero en Sabinillas hay de todo. En la casa había menaje suficiente para todos. Los vecinos han sido un amor, un ambiente muy familiar. Endroit superbe

Nous sommes restés un mois dans le logis de Eva et Guy. C'est une maison superbe. Très spacieuse, bien décorée et avec la majorité de l'équipement nécessaire. La location est idéale : 10 minutes de marche pour l'épicerie, 20 minutes pour plusieurs restaurants, 2 minutes pour la plage et la promenade qui suit la plage sur des kilomètres et kilomètres. Peut-être parce que nous y étions en février, le service d'autobus n'est pas super. Nous avons dû nous tourner vers Uber pour nos déplacements, mais c'était un très bon service. Les communications avec l'agente et avec Guy étaient rapides et efficaces. Aussi parce que c'était en février, la maison était difficile à réchauffer. Ce qui doit être un atout en été. Nous avons bien profiter des deux terrasses et de leur excellent ameublement. Magnifiques levers de soleil de la terrasse supérieur. Quel plaisir de se réveiller le matin avec une vue sur la mer (de la chambre supérieure). Évidemment, beaucoup d'escaliers - il y a 3 étages - mais c'est un exercice nécessaire pour compenser la nourriture superbe des restaurants environnants!

Ein wirklich praktisches Haus für Familienferien

Unsere Ferien in Marina de Casares haben uns gut gefallen. Haus hat zwei wunderschöne Terrassen. Haus ist sehr praktisch für Familienferien am Strand. Allerdings ist bei windigem Wetter der Strand nicht ideal für Kinder. Nicht leicht abfallender Strand, sondern mit sofortiger Welle und es wird schnell tief. Haus ist für bis zu 10Personen geeignet und wir waren auch 10. Better hat es allerdings nur 9. Anstatt ein Zusatzbett/ Klappbett welches sehr unbequem war, hätten sie ein normales Bett organisieren können. Die Umgebung ist schön. Tarifa, Ronda, nach Gibraltar Empfehlung mit dem Bus und nicht mit dem Auto. Wir standen ewig im Stau vor dem Zoll. Unsere Autovermieter wollten uns dann auch noch 90Euro belasten, weil wir über die Gibraltar Grenze sind. Wir würden wieder kommen!
