Villa Teleia is located in a prime position on the popular Polyxenia complex, with the beach and restaurants only a few minutes stroll away.

The pool area is fenced off and completely private, with fruit and palm trees, making for a secluded and peaceful holiday.

The villa has Sun Loungers and a mobile sun-shade.

Villa Teleia is beautifully furnished and has a large double bedroom and 2 large twin bedrooms, all of which have balcony access with views and ample storage space. A beautifully tiled family bathroom is provided upstairs, with a quality shower room and WC downstairs. A high quality bed settee offers extra sleeping capacity if required, on request. We can also provide a cot, highchair & stairgates.

The Villa comes equipped with Air Conditioning, free WiFi, TV and PS3 with lots of games, in the living room and Air Conditioning each of the bedrooms as well as a Safe in the master bedroom. An Amazon Alexa and large TV have been provided to help keep you entertained.

The villa enjoys an external patio area, which is ideal for al-fresco dining as shade has been provided. Once outside you will find it hard to resist the crystal clear swimming pool as you take some time to cool off from enjoying the gorgeous Cyprus sunshine. An outside cold water shower is provided for when a quick cool down is needed! Sun loungers and mobile sun shade is provided to cater for all personnel tastes.

A BBQ is provided for guests to use, although home cooking may be the last thing on your agenda, given the quality of the local restaurants in Pernera, such as Doma, Blue Spice and La Cultura Del Gusto, to name just a few.

High quality furnishings can be found throughout the villa, with each of the three bedrooms is individually colour co-ordinated right down to the glass tops on the dressing tables, which really brings the rooms together. These are finished off by the high quality curtains that bring that extra feel of luxury.

Villa Teleia is in a beautiful location with a number of Blue Flag beaches, a short stroll away. Fig Tree bay and the night life of Protaras is a leisurely 15 minute walk along the landscaped coastal boardwalk, taking in the breath-taking views of the crystal clear waters, or stopping off for refreshments along the way.

There is a small water park just a short walk away from the villa, which is suitable for younger children, or for older children and adults, the Water World water park in Agia Napa is only a bus ride away.

The villa provided all the facilities you may need to help make Villa Teleia a home from home, with Dishwasher, Washing machine, iron and ironing board, together with drying facilities. A hairdryer has been provided to help maximise your baggage allowance.

Pernera is a small yet pretty harbour town on the eastern coast of Cyprus. It radiates a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere, so typical of the Mediterranean. The new floodlit boardwalk and coastal path means Protaras is now a 15-minute ocean-side stroll away from Pernera, day or night. Other facilities include;
