This gated luxury resort sits nestled just outside of Orlando, Florida, and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. This home will provide you and your family with an abundance of luxury amenities leaving you well-equipped to vacation with all the usual items you would expect to find at home. Providence is only a 40-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport and is situated central to all of Orlando’s famous attractions. Providence Golf and Country Club has introduced a "Common area recreational facilities" fee. The daily Fee is $10 per adult and is not subject to tax. Children under the age of 16 will be free but must always be accompanied by an adult. The fee covers access to the pool areas and gym and is only required if guests wish to use these amenities. Payment can be made at the clubhouse front desk (open daily from 9am - 7pm) when checking in to use the pool and gym and payment can only be made in cash or by check. There are no multi day or weekly passes, daily passes only.

We have stayed at this location in the past also. We do it because of the bedroom configuration and its proximity to Providence Golf Club. The house is well layed out I just wish it had a larger driveway but the whole area is like that with room for only 2 vehicles. The Clubhouse dies allow overflow parking for 10 a nite.

Beautiful house with plenty of space for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Was a little far away from Disney property for us & unfortunately we had construction noise from sun up to sun down because of the new builds happening in the neighborhood. But overall, we enjoyed the house & the resort.

4 king ensuites worked well with our group. Only parking for 2 cars. You can get permit at golf course for $10/night for additional parking. Only one small frying pan. Overall, awesome vacation home.

Great home plenty rooms for everyone. The home just need a few repairs with the blinds and the restroom up status need fixing but my dad fix it so we wouldn’t have to call repair. But I still would recommend this home,

Large, clean and comfortable.

This is a large, clean and well appointed villa with a comfortable King bed and an ensuite bathroom in four of the six bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped to minimum standards. We bought (and left behind) extra stuff to supplement our cooking needs. A supply of larger bath/pool towels would be a welcome upgrade. The WiFi and AV systems work well. There were minor deficiencies including a broken tub spout in one of the upper level bathrooms. This location is convenient to several very good golf courses.

Excellent space for several adults

The home itself was very nice. Each adult had their own king bed and bathroom. A little further commute to convention center than we had anticipated. Sheets in one room were horrible. Very pilled and worn otherwise all was good. There is absolutely NOTHING in the way of extras. No salt, pepper, coffee. Hate traveling with all those little incidentals. I would rather have them add a dollar or two and include them.

Fun and spacious

This home was very large for our family of 6 and it was nice to have our own pool. We enjoyed having a pool table, ping pong and foosball in the garage. Although the place was in no way unclean, it is definitely in need of a deep clean. Having a crawling infant was the only reason I noticed this because she is down on the floor and puts everything in her mouth. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cookware but don't expect to have salt/pepper, dish soap or anything like that. There was a miscommunication about the onsite community amenities where the host thought they were open to the public but they weren't because of Covid. We were disappointed but we were issued a credit for the inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the property to be easy to access and comfortable.

Service issues

Our issue was with the pool heat. We were told the cost was $30/day, when we contacted the property manger (in the required time frame prior to out stay) he raised the rate to $40. Upon arrival on 2/12 early evening the pool heater was not running. On 2/13 @ 9:37 am we emailed the property manager (he had not provided his contact # so email was our option) to let him know. He responded back at 4:27 that day stating it will be checked on 2/14. We heard from no one nor saw anyone come. On 2/15 @ 10:12 am we again emailed. This was followed up by a phone call to VRBO @ 12:54. The lady I spoke with was polite and asked for a phone number in the event we were disconnected while she reach the property manager. While I was on hold, we were disconnected and no call back to me was made. At 1:08 pm I called a contact # the VRBO lady had provided me, it went to voicemail. I then noticed I received an email back @ 12:56 providing a number asking me to call him (the property manager) back at. I did so at 1:06, it went to voicemail and I left another message. At 1:23 I received a call back from American Rentals (I believe this is the name), I was told someone came out and checked the pool heater and it was on. After some extensive conversation between the lady on the phone, myself and another person in my party we came to the conclusion that the pool heater breaker was tripped and the pool heat was not on. If someone were to have come out and looked at it they would have had to flip the breaker in order to make it come on. I also had to point out that the gentleman from my party owns his own in ground pool in Ohio and understands how they work he is also the Water Facilities Supervisor at our town Water Plant and fully understands all of this equipment. We were told since the panel and the pool heating equipment was not locked up that we could flip the breaker back on. After doing this more times than one could count it wasn't worth it, this could case a fire hazard at some point. The lights in the house would flash or zap the energy in the house that we knew every time it would flip. At 4:42 that same day, the property manger called me back to say he just saw my message and that we would see a credit in 5 min, 1 week post trip and a few emails the credit was received. We selected this rental exclusive for the south facing pool. We were told we had access to the clubhouse pool after calling this changed due to COVID - the listing still shows this 2 yrs later

Property was nice! It was decorated as pictures. The kitchen chairs are falling in and the vertical blinds are all have missing slats but the house is a great place for a large family . We had 12 and had plenty of room. The cleaning service could be better, they don’t clean the inside of the toilet s. Overall it was a nice place. They need new cleaning crew.

Huge Gorgeous Home

This house was wonderful. It was perfect for our group of 9 people. Providence is a very beautiful development, with a 5 stars clubhouse & golf camp!! We really enjoy our time in this beautiful home!! The weather was not so good as we expected but Florida is by far one of our favorite destinations for winter time!! On the other hand, the house, needs some little repairments specially the chairs!! Overall we will come back next time to this house. Thanks William!! We hope to rent this home again next time we visit Florida!!

Very Nice

Really very nice house, equipped with everything you need. All rooms have their own bathroom is A plus. It is comfortable, spacious, very well decorated. Warning; The only downside is the driveway, only accommodate 2 cars for a house of 12, it should be at least for 3 cars based on the capacity of the house. Not all of us have large cars that can accommodate 6 people per car, the average is 4. They say you can park at the clubhouse (not in walking distance) for an additional cost...for me this is inconvenient.

Overall, the house itself and the neighborhood was nice. Location was not too far from Disney World and Universal Studios. What was disappointing was the cleanliness of the house. Upon check in we noticed the refrigerator was dirty, there was hair on the floors, counter tops were sticky, and the tubs dirty. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans were rusted and need to be replaced. Shower curtains were ripped and would stick to you as you showered. We could not use the dryer to dry our clothes because it would not heat. We feel that as much as we were charged for the cleaning fee, we should be reimbursed because we had to go behind and clean after the cleaning crew.

The home is beautiful, however... Having to wash our sheets, towels, and rags prior to use was ridiculous. Hair on everything, including the beds, towels, rags, & bathtubs. We informed the property manager about everything, they had an apology and offered to send out cleaners to the house to take care of it. I informed them we had bought cleaning supplies and just needed fresh sheets, towels and rags to be brought into us. Well in order for that they had to send cleaners back out. I did refuse because they didn’t do their job the first time so why try again. Of course after requesting a refund on my cleaning fee I haven’t heard not one word back. The house has major potential, they just need to hire cleaners that actually want to clean.

Things to improve upon

The property was pretty much as described though three things could do with improvements Sheets and bedding. The main bedroom downstairs still has old bobbled polyester sheets ( this was mentioned in an earlier review by other guests). As a result we went and bought our own cotton sheets It would be better to have 100% cotton bedding compared to cheap polyester. The property I advertised as ‘luxurious’ and deserves cotton The comforters were clearly stained and unwashed from previous guests so we washed them ourselves. We should not have to do that ! Overall the house could do with a serious deep clean. Too many skirtings and corners have accumulated dust and cobwebs Otherwise we enjoyed the house and Providence

The house is absolutely beautiful. My complaint is all the multipedes that were on the outside deck and in the pool. It truly put a damper on us enjoying the outside and pool which was something we looked forward to. They got in the house and one even crawled on my sons leg which was disgusting. The outside definitely needs a good exterminator.

Thank you for your feedback, Mary. Always know we're a phone call away and would have been happy to have inspected the home. While we have minimal influence on the critters outdoors, like caterpillars, lizards and such, we would have been happy to have inspected and cleaned the area on your behalf. We do have monthly pest control service the home - including the perimeter. In times of rain, there can be added activity outdoors. Thankfully, the birds and local ecology take care of regulating the population. From time to time, they can find their way inside the screened-in porch. We did inspect the patio with no trace of them. We regret to hear of your trouble. This is the first time we've ever rec'd such feedback to be honest so we'll be sure to keep an eye on the porch. I can share that it was indeed clear on our last visit. Thank you again for your business and your feedback.

Love it

Loved it very spacious and clean I’m a neat and very clean person so the house was clean and comfortable Pool was great for the kids the only thing that was a problem it did not have Washcloths or towels but other then that my family had a blast not to far from all the parks Sam club and Walmart was not far I recommend The stay
