About this property

Three Bedroom Entire Apartment Great for Families.

We are one of the few short-term tourist rentals listed on the OFFICIAL Niagara Falls, NY tourism website and have an operating permit for the City of Niagara Falls, so you can feel safe and secure booking with us.

This beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment can sleep 6 people in beds. Minutes from the Falls by car or bus.

It includes three bedrooms, a living room, a sunroom, a dining room, a full bathroom, a full working kitchen, and WiFi. Central air conditioning and heating.

Each bedroom has a bed, closet space, and a dresser. The two larger rooms also have ceiling fans.

Includes a sunroom, full bathroom, full kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator, dishwasher and dishes, full dining room with seating for six guests and a living room with a Smart TV for you to log in to your Netflix or other streaming service.

There is a separate rental unit above and it has old hardwood floors, so there is the possibility of noise from other guests. If ever there is an issue please call or message me.

This is the perfect place to stay in Niagara Falls. I've been visiting extended family in NF my entire life, so I'm pretty familiar with the city. This is a nice, very clean house in a good neighborhood. Close parking on the street was never a problem. Communication with James was clear and timely. I will definitely book here again when I return.

Everything was nice! The only down side is the walls are paper thin and can hear everything going on in the upper apartment, which is expected in an apartment. For myself I wouldn't do an apartment but for others it will be fine?

For future guests - we do list the possibility for noise from other guests as it is a duplex apartment. Keep that in mind before booking.

Niagara Falls is great to visit any time of year. We have great hiking, restaurants, attractions and tons of scenic views. We have a casino if that is your thing, as well as a lot of shopping destinations. Niagara Falls is a great economic base for visits to Toronto, Buffalo, and even Rochester.
