Villa Clara - Apartment in villa one step away from the sea

Apartment in villa with sea view, finished renovating in April 2018. A few steps from the sea of the small free beach of Fontane Bianche. There are all the comforts: air conditioning, TV in all rooms, washing machine, phone, hair straightener, toaster, electric oven and microwave. On request it is possible to have a stroller, camping bed for the little ones and outdoor games. It is possible to park inside the property. The garden and the internal courtyard are shared with the other guests of the villa.
It is possible to request personalized quotations for a few guests.
Possibility of transfers (for a fee) to and from Catania airport.
Possibility to rent a car at advantageous prices.

Wonderful stay in Fontane Bianche

The apartment is very well done - clean, modern and well equipped with all you need for your stay. Luca was a wonderful host. Met us to help find our way to the apartment and he and his family took us through tour of the apartment and the area. Very lovely family! A very easy walk to a beautiful beach, restaurants, market, etc. Beautiful views from the apartment- the online pictures don't do it enough justice. Streets are very narrow in this area (in general), so driving with a larger car can be difficult. The family does have a dog (golden retriever). She was very sweet, kept watch over the property and never tried to enter the apartment, so we had no concerns.

Appartamento molto bello, praticamente nuovo, pulito e attrezzato di tutto, con una meravigliosa vista sul mare: bellissimo fare colazione in terrazza! Il giardino con amaca e lettini è ottimo per il relax e la spiaggia si trova a pochissimi passi. Luca, Barbara e tutta la loro famiglia sono veramente gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo!

Vue sur Mer

La location est à proximité de la mer, très bien équipée, propre, possibilité de profiter des accessoires des propriétaires (SPA, paddle et autres. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et avenants. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille.
