- TERRACE 3 bedroom for 6 adults , Apartment has 3 bedrooms on first floor, It has an individual entrance. Dayroom 25 sqmtrs, Total interior space is 80 sqmtrs. One full bathroom and one additional toilet. BBQ on terrace. Outside shower for after sea swimming. Parking lot for 2 cars on own property inside gate. Pier in front with sun chair.

The apartments are just few steps from the sea. The outside of the apartments consist of a big terrace /used by terrace apartment/ with sea view to the bay of Kotor and /patio for Rosa apartment/ big garden with barbecue. There are also 2 outdoor showers.
The apartment terrace has ground and 1st floor , Rosa is ground floor under terrace. Both apartments have a separate own entrance from street.
Both are completely equipped: kitchens, microwaves, air-conditioning, cable TV, wireless Internet, etc..
The apartment has it is own small pier with sun chairs and parasol as on pictures.
It is 1.5 km distant from the centre of Kotor down town. The shops and the restaurants are in the distance of 100 meters around the apartment.Y

Fabulous

Great stay at the terrace apartment, fabulous view of the bay and swimming off the jetty every day. 25 minute stroll to the old town along the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants around. Vjeko made sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent, special place, comfortable and cozy apartment, fire place , extra terrace Bay view

We spend a beautiful week in this excellent apartment. 3 bedrooms on first floor and spacious 25 sqmtrs dayroom, with TV with all major world cable channels. Fast wwifi internet. Kitchen fully equipped. Waking distance to Kotor Old town, along quiet seside passage way with nice patisserie and coffee shops. Place was so quite with garden behind. It was a special over the bay view from the spacious terrace on sunny days. The owners Ana and her mother alway at hand for any information. They organise transports for 6 of us from airport Tivat back to airport Dubrovnik. Very resonable transport expenses.Thank yo Ana, we shall keep in mind for us and our friends. regards Tarara

Tolle Terasse, aber....

Die beiden Wohnungen haben tatsächlich eine tolle Terasse mit schönen Blick auf das Meer und schönem Badesteg. Allerdings: die untere kleinere Wohnung ist aufgrund eines starken Modergeruchs eigentlich nicht bewohnbar. Und leider ist ca. 100 m weiter ein Strandclub, der an einigen Tagen der Woche ab Mittag bis ca. 10 Uhr abends tatsächlich so laute Musik spielt, dass man sich auf der schönen Terasse dann leider fast nicht unterhalten kann. Also insgesamt nur eingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Best terrace view of the Bay

Queit and nice surounding. One of the best terraces along the Bay. Walking distance to Kotor. Owners being very helpfull and friendly. We found apartment clean and as described. No other tourist in terrace area. We had a bieautifull morning and evening. Swimming i front of house we could watch our children from Terrace as they swim. We shal for sure be back.

I was born in Dobrota in this house. I completed my education in Croatia Split, economy. I am married , and I have two small boys Nikola and Theo . 3 and 2 yrs old. I am doing management of out property that consist of Villa MIramare in Dobrota and Perast, total 20 beds. I speak fluently English, Italian and little french.

Why they chose this property

This is our family property for last 200 years, and old local Captains and shipowner tradition. We have own small church St. Mitchel, which is open summer time with family etnographic exhibition.

What makes this property unique

The house is located on seafront, with spectacular view over the bay. Excelent for all day seating and enjoying , dining on terrace or on the pier in front on sefront.
