Charming house in nearby suburb of Paris easily accessible by RER E train, 4 minute walk to the station. Located in a cul de sac, this lovely little house offers a relaxing and comfortable space to come home to after a day in the city. Living room and open kitchen with large doors opening to terrace and small garden; upstairs there are two bedrooms that sleep four and an office with fold out single.

Washing machine in the basement, dishwasher, oven, wifi...

This is my home and I make drawers, closet space and cabinets available to guests but my belongings are certainly present in the house. ;)

Parking on the street is possible but not often easy and it is simpler to rely on public transportation.

After a day of sightseeing in Paris, this is a relaxing place to return to.

Alles super!

Die Ferienwohnung war genau richtig für uns. Angereist sind wir mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Kind. Es war alles sehr gemütlich, die Eigentümerin war sehr zuvorkommend und hatte alles wunderbar vorbereitet. Wir haben sogar eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank für uns. Der Bahnhof, von dem aus man erst die RER in Richtung Paris Stadtmitte nahm, ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenso der Supermarkt und Bäcker mit allen möglichen Leckereien sind in der Nähe. Leider ist es schwierig direkt an der Ferienwohnung zu parken, aber am Bahnhof gibt es ein Parkhaus, welches Videoüberwacht ist und vierzehn Euro pro Tag kostet. Kleiner Hinweis: Bei den Parkautomaten, sowie Ticketautomaten für Metro und RER werden keine Scheine akzeptiert. Somit Kreditkarte oder ausreichend Kleingeld einstecken. Fazit: Super gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem was man so braucht. ;) Viele Grüße K.

1. Lage: > Schöner kleiner Ort zum entspannten Wohnen mit hervorragender Verkehrsanbindung ins Zentrum von Paris (Dauer ca. 20 Minuten). > Haus in Sackgasse gelegen, daher sehr ruhig. Nur 5 Gehminuten zur RER-Station mit Zuganschluß ca. alle 15 Minuten ins Zentrum von Paris. > Bäcker, Intermarche, Wochenmarkt sowie Bondy-Zentrum ebenfalls nur 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. 2. Haus > Komplett ausgestattet. Schöner kleiner Garten zum Relaxen, Essen und Entspannen. Alles sehr sauber. > Platzangebot auf den 70 qm ist völlig ausreichend und optimal aufgeteilt. > Vermieterin sehr entspannt, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. 3. Bondy > Wir haben den Vorort von Paris als sehr angenehmen Wohnort empfunden mit schönen Strassen, grossen Bäumen und relaxter Atmosphäre. 4. Très tranquille, spacieuse, complète

Zona periferica ma con stazione RER E per Magenta e Gare du Nord a 200mt. Zona multietnica. Posizione ideale se si utilizza un'auto. Padrona di casa moto gentile e cordiale, puntuale nel fornire risposte. A causa delle scale la sconsiglierei per chi ha Bambini meno di 5 anni , a meno che non mettere dei cancelletti di sicurezza per evitare pericoli.

Très très bonne vacance à refaire

Maison très charmante avec son petit jardin très agréable. J'ai passé avec ma famille un agréable moment dans cette charmante maison. Très très bonne réception de l'appartement ainsi qu'un accueil très chaleureux. Propriétaire très sympatique et arrangeant. Je vous le recommande. Cela sera sans doute à refaire 👌

Phantastisch & angenehm

Das Haus liegt an einer sehr günstigen Position, kurz zu ERE C Station & Supermarket. Es gibt alles im Haus, was man mit Familie braucht. Autoparken auch kein Problem (besonders in Schüle-Ferien im Monat August) Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr sympathisch, kann gut Englisch und Musik.
