This is the ideal location as just a short walk away you will find Newquay's best beaches, pubs/bars, restaurants, shops, zoo and transport services. Perranporth 8.5 miles.
Hosting three bedrooms; the master has one king-size double and en-suite with shower. On the first floor, bedroom two is a double and bedroom three accommodates either a super-king or two single beds (using zip & link) to suit couples or families alike. The family bathroom includes a bath and shower head. This property can sleep up to six people.
On the ground floor you will find a WC, kitchen with integrated appliances, dining and living area with an open fire.

The house is beautifully decorated, clean with all mod cons and perfect for a sea side holiday. A few streets from the Beaches and Newquay, it’s worth having a good wander as the nicer restaurants are closer to the beach areas. Lots to do around Newquay- we will definitely return!
The property is bigger than the pictures let on. 3 spacious bedrooms and a lovely outside area to relax in. The location is great. Right close to the high street and to many amenities as well as close to the beach and roads leading in and out. Quiet area too.
Was slight miss-communication with VRBO and the property owner but this was quickly sorted by Jon and Marcella.
Arrived at the property and the floor wasn’t cleaned by the contractors but again, this was promptly sorted by the owners
Property is amazing, in the ideal location with just a 5 minute walk to a beach and we loved our stay and can’t wait to rebook for next year when our little girl will be walking
The house is beautiful and in a great location. Well equipped with plenty of kitchen and entertainment equipment. A 5* place to have a holiday particularly for families with teenagers who can walk to town/beaches/clubs.
