Fabulous well equipped and clean

The property is very clean and secure with all mod cons, a real find and one we will hopefully use again in the not to distant future. There are lovely views from both balconies.

Great Short break

Organised a last minute short break with the family and was delighted to find this penthouse apartment, situated on Emperador, just a short walk from the rest of the family. Very clean and well appointed with views over the pool from the patio and a bedroom balconies for that morning cup of coffee. Perfect!

Home From Home

Having visited the local area on several occasions previously I can say without doubt that this property and overall booking experience was absolutely top quality from start to finish. The apartment itself was ideally situated with a very private large balcony space, ample corner outside lounge seating and use of a BBQ ! Cleanliness was impeccable and the equipment and facilities provided all very impressive. Can not recommend this accommodation highly enough. Thank you Wayne for a hassle free enjoyable holiday 👍🏻

Chilled Holiday

Absolutely loved this chilled holiday in Murcia La Torre a high standard furnished and equipped apartment with a pool view owners also supplied well detailed guest book with places to visit/ restaurants/ emergency contact numbers very well organised would definitely visit again.👌👌👌

We are a professional couple with 3 children our eldest just finishing University. Our home in the U.K is in Sheffield where we teach and work as a credit manager.

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting La Torre for a number of years and have spent the time trying to find the right location for us as a family to enjoy but also a location that we feel others would enjoy too.

Our property is a penthouse apartment which to us means we benefit from not hearing people in the apartment above us pulling dining chairs out etc. It also means we benefit from a great sun terrace which is a reasonable size so we are able to dine, sit or lounge outside whilst taking in the views towards and including the Mar Menor in the distance.

We also have the benefit of watching the sunset from the terrace off the bedrooms looking over the new football training facility towards the mountains. This is a great place to sit during the morning at the bistro table if you fancy a little quiet time.

The pools below are great for adults as well as toddlers as there is quite a large shallow pool specifically for toddlers, then just down the steps there is a deeper pool suitable for others.

What makes this property unique

The property has been furnished with the majority of items shipped over from the UK in the living, dining and bedroom areas. The kitchen has all the appliances required to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The property includes WI-FI, is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans .It also has ceiling fans in all rooms (bedrooms and living room). Equipped with a smart tv with a wIde range of tv channels including the full Sky package(sports and movies included) as well as access to Netflix if you fancy a film night.
