It has been renovated the bathrooms and kitchen look amazing. The condo has its own pool, spa, tennis courts, and is located in a gated community. It has South West exposure so, you will plenty of Sunshine on your getaway.

Excellent Condo to Spend A Temporary Winter Relocation!!!

My husband & I absolutely loved the condo, South Seas Club, location, weather, amenities, pool, beach, & people we met on our snowbird temporary relocation of two months in Marco Island!!!

Overall stay

The accommodations were ok not spectacular. There were are few equipment issues when we arrived. Immediately we realized the refrigerator didn’t get cold. Repairman arrived 2nd day to replace computer board. There seemed to be no hot water. The complex office staff told us the power switch for HW heater may be off. It was. A/C at the end of the first week was not cooling the unit. “I” switched the thermostat to heat and back to A/C and it cooled. Did this twice during stay. The TV controls were not user friendly. The mgt rep. personally came on 2nd day and helped navigate to watch tv. 4 controls were confusing and echo with sound was prevailing at times. A few towels were stained and one had a 2” hole present. Buy a new garbage can which the foot peddle works in kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Owners need to visit a look at accommodations with “fresh eyes”.

Thank you for your comments Phil, I will pass along to the owners and we are truly sorry for the events. We had a guest depart the day before you arrived, everything was working at that time. The condo manager took it upon themselves to turn off water heater/water as we had it ready for your arrival. On the A/C we were ready to send someone but you didn't want it till after you vacated. On the refrigerator as you could see it was only a few years old. We did send someone to repair immediately of which he did. I would say TV remotes are different around the country. Smart TV's require the input/source to be set to Cable boxes output setting. We do have instructions in case someone accidentlly changes the source field.

Good beach view, love all the amenities here. Very well stocked condo. Unfortunately, they were sand blasting the condos while we were there which made it dusty & noisy. Graciously our host reimbursed us a partial fee due to the construction. The buildings will look brand new next season and no construction issues!!! Highly recommend.

What a great place to stay! Everything was so clean and up-dared. What a nice view for sunrises and sunsets. I hope to be able to be there again in 2017.
