Villa Piccolo Paradiso is a true corner of paradise with its splendid garden, the swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests, the large porch with sitting and dining area facing the enchanting panorama of the Gulf of Gaeta. The house, with its large windows, welcomes you on the ground floor with the elegant and immense open space of the living area, with dining corner and sitting corner, and large kitchen. The splendid staircase leads to the first floor with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is very elegant with a double bath. On the second floor a double bedroom with French bed with bathroom. The bedrooms have air conditioning. The whole house is furnished with taste and elegance. The villa, which was once a large family home, has been divided into two but the part dedicated to guests has complete autonomy from the part inhabited by the owners who share with the guests only the entrance gate to the large garden.
Formia, on the Gulf of Gaeta, among the most beautiful places on the entire Lazio coast, just an hour away from ROME and NAPLES, is the ideal place for a holiday.

Wirklich ein kleines Paradies

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unserer sechsköpfigen Familie hier. Es ist ein traumhaft schöner Ort. Der Blick auf das Meer ist noch viel schöner, als man auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Der Pool ist groß und wunderbar, die Wiese gründ und saftig und der ganze Garten top gepflegt. Das Haus ist hochwertig und die Küche ist großartig - mit 5 Kochstellen auf dem Gasherd. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Haus überall mit Deko vollsteht und die Schränke zu 80 % "privat" belegt sind. Wir würden das "piccolo paradiso" jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wunderschön mit persönlicher Note, fantastischer Ausblick und viel Erholung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Lucia ist sehr freundlich und liebenswürdig. Sie und Antonio wohnen im hinteren Teil des Hauses, der durch normale Zimmertüren vom vorderen Teil abgetrennt ist. Ab und zu schauen Hund und Katze vorbei, was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Ansonsten sind das Haus, der Garten sowie der Ausblick fantastisch und der Erholungswert enorm. Uns sind die privaten Gegenstände im Haus lieber als eine spärlich möblierte anonyme Ferienwohnung ohne persönliche Note. Grazie Lucia ed Antonio, saluti a Sandra!

Schöne Lage mit kleinen Haken

Obwohl in der Ausschreibung zum Ausdruck kam, dass die Besitzer selbst in einem (abgetrennten) Teil des Gebäudes wohnen, hatten wir uns doch nicht so viel akustischen (Mitbewohner) bzw. persönlichen (Haustiere der Besitzer) "Familienanschluss" vorgestellt und gewünscht. Zudem steht das gesamte Haus voll mit mehr oder weniger geschmackvollem Nippes, und die vorhandenen Schränke samt Inhalt sind weitestgehend "privato". Überzeugen kann jedoch die tolle Lage mit dem fanatastischen Blick auf den Golf von Gaeta.

Wir wurde herzlich begrüsst in dieser wundervollen Villa. Einen Ausblick wie in einem Reisemagazin.

Die Villa ist genau so wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Sie ist gross und herzlich eingerichtet. Es wird auf Sauberkeit grossen Wert gesetzt. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Zalig stukje Italië.

Een zeer ruime woning, schitterend uitzicht op zee en bergen. Heerlijk en groot zwembad in een mooie tuin, met leuk terras. Door de unieke ligging zijn uitstappen naar Napels (en Pompeï) of Rome bereikbaar. Dichterbij het leuke Gaeta, Sperlonga en Formia zelf natuurlijk. De achterwonende eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, een absolute aanrader.

Stunning views from a really peaceful location.

We had a lovely time, at this wonderfully spacious villa and well-maintained grounds. Whilst we did take the opportunity to visit Rome, Herculaneum and some local beaches and towns, we spent most of our time enjoying the villa and the privacy of the peaceful grounds. The pool was well used and it was delightful to see so many bees and butterflies attracted by the beautiful flowers. We were made most welcome by Antonia and Lucia and really appreciated having the restaurant being booked for our son’s 21st ahead of us arriving. And the birthday cake surprise was great. We would recommend this to anyone want to enjoy a peaceful holiday.

Beautiful house in a lovely setting

The house is amazing , very spacious and luxurious with welcome a/c . It was not made entirely clear that the owners live in a sectioned off part of the house which is actually their home so considerable personal effects and belongings are stored in the villa part you stay in. I wouldn't want to holiday here with boisterous children who would be fascinated by all the pretty things . It isn't a mirror image semi - detached villa . However the owners were unobtrusive , kind and welcoming despite not speaking English and we saw more of their cat and dog who were frequent visitors for strokes and treats ! If I had to make any points I would say there wasn't enough standard crockery for day to day use , no kettle because they drink coffee and because of the way they have split the house up there is no downstairs loo which was just a slight inconvenience from the pool We also couldn't plug in the microwave or make the whirlpool bath work but these didn't really impact on our enjoyment . The road up to the villa is very steep and you definitely need a car to go anywhere at all . All in all it was a lovely place with views over the sea to die for and we would certainly recommend it

Ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet und mit großem Garten und einem grandiosen Blick auf das Meer. Die Besitzer sind sehr liebenswürdig. Der Aufenthalt war so schön, dass wir in jedem Fall wieder kommen werden. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt im "Piccolo Paradiso"!

Villa agréable

Nous avons passés 2 semaines très sympathiques. La maison est très agréable et spacieuse. La piscine est bien entrenue et le jardin propre. Cependant il faut savoir que vous ne partagerez pas que l'entrée du jardin avec les propriétaires mais la maison complète! Celle ci a été bien pensée et des portes sont fermées pour indiquer les endroits privés! Ceci est assez dérangeant quand ils reçoivent du monde et prennent leur douche à toute heure! Cela a été le gros point négatif de notre séjour.
