Bay is a spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment with all the essentials you need for the perfect self-catering holiday getaway! This apartment has been designed with modern and stylish touches throughout offering a relaxing environment for holiday makers. There’s an option to cook in your fully equipped kitchen with an open plan sitting / dining area. The master bedroom is spacious with a contemporary bathroom and walk in shower. The french doors let in an abundance of light, and on sunny days you can throw them open and step onto your very own furnished terrace for a breath of fresh air and alfresco dining.

Dove Court occupies a large corner plot and enjoys an open aspect in all directions, with views of the pretty seaside town of Shanklin to the downs.
It comprises five stylish 1 and 2 bed apartments. So if Bay isn't available for your preferred dates, check out Fir, Ash, Cedar or Elm.

During the school summer holiday our change over day is Friday and our minimum stay is seven days. But at all other times we offer short breaks with a minimum of three days and we can also offer longer lets.
The location is excellent, close to the town, Downs and beach, and suitable for families:
• 5 minute walk to Shanklin Seafront with its golden beach, mini golf, amusement arcades, beach cafés, pubs and restaurants.
• 5 minute walk to Shanklin’s main shopping area, railway station, and bus station.
• 7 minute walk to Shanklin Old Village with its characterful pubs, restaurants and gift shops.
• 3 minute walk to the cliff path which leads to the resort of Sandown, with hotels and cafés along the way.
This is a no smoking apartment. Unfortunately, we can't accept pets.

Sailing and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and horse riding nearby.

Spacious, airy apartment. Well equipped kitchen, loads of storage in bedroom and bathroom. Lovely to have "own" outside space and not feel encroaching on owners or other guests. Parking space is also a great benefit.
Great location in Shanklin as only a short walk to seafront and town.

We stayed for 4 nights in this lovely modern apartment. It is a small block and all apartments were accessed separately without having to share a communal entrance. There is a small patio area to sit outside. There were many thoughtful touches by the owners including wine and biscuits, tea, sugar and milk. This a great location with an easy walk to both the sea front and the town. It is a great base for exploring the Isle of Wight.

We arrived at the apartment and obtained keys with the clear instructions sent prior to our arrival.
There was a lovely welcome pack which was a lovely touch.
The apartment was spotlessly clean ,spacious and comfortably furnished with plenty of storage.
A phone call from the owners was received the first day to ensure we had no issues which was reassuring.
The apartment is situated a short walk from the train station were you can access other towns along the coast if you don't fancy driving.
It is also a pleasant walk along the esplanade then up into the old town.
We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and were surprised by the appearance of a fox one evening.
The Covid measures put in place helped us to feel safe with the provision of cleaning wipes to use on door handles etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Dove court apartments.
