A recent comfortable cottage with exceptional views of the Cathar castles

Gite with beautiful views of the Cathar country of Peyrepertuse and Quéribus, away from a village typical of the Corbières in a recent pavilion. The gite is attached to a dwelling house, with terraces and adjoining garden. Small lake with waterfall and swimming at 3 km. Marked hiking trails with the GR36 and the Sentier Cathare near the village. To see the village of Cucugnan at 5km and the gorges of Galamus 18km. Hostels and small shops at 500m. The must-see sites of Carcassonne and Collioure are 1h30 from the cottage.

Gite comprising: Ground floor large porch entrance garage with local laundry, storage possibility. On the ground floor: living room with sofa bed and integrated kitchen opening onto 2 terraces, 1st south with a view of the Quéribus castle and the 2nd in the north on a small mediterranean garden of approx. 50m² with view of the castle of Peyrepertuse. WC and storage. Upstairs 1: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 90 and 1 bed 160, bathroom with walk-in shower with toilet. Heating included. Non smoking cottage. Sheets, towels and cleaning included.

Bon séjour

Logement conforme en tous points à la description, spacieux, lumineux et propre, Emplacement ideal pour visiter les châteaux de Queribus et de Peyrepertus et faire de belles randonnées. Hôte, accueillante et disponible. Merci nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Semaine de vacances à Duilhac

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte avec une vue magnifique, beaucoup de visites à proximité. Le gîte est très propre, tout est pensé (cuisine très fonctionnelle, des tableaux, livres et dépliants avec des idées de visites, draps et serviettes fournis... ) Un souci du détail très apprécié ! Alexine répond très vite en cas de besoin. A découvrir !

Gite très confortable très bien situé

Le gite est fonctionnel et très agréable. Il est très bien situé pour découvrir les châteaux cathares et au départ de jolies balades. La vue qu'il offre est exceptionnelle (vue sur Peyrepertuse d'un côté et sur Quéribus de l'autre). Les prestations (linge de maison et ménage) sont appréciables: il n'y a plus qu'à profiter de son séjour!

Quelques châteaux sur le sentier Cathare

Un hébergement exceptionnel , tant du point de vue de l’accueil, propreté , équipement, confort, chauffage…. , point de départ pour de nombreuses randonnées et visites de sites historiques ou naturels. Paysages magnifiques à contempler ou parcourir.

Tranquilo y cómodo

El alojamiento es tal y como se describe. Muy cómodo, completo, con todo lo necesario y detalles cuidados. Buena comunicación con la propietaria por la app. Es muy buen sitio para relajarte y moverte por la zona. Para ir a sitios más lejanos es complicado, pues las carreteras son difíciles y se tarda mucho. Cuando fuimos, estaba prácticamente todo cerrado ya que parece una zona con muy poca población en invierno. Eso sí, estuvimos muy tranquilos

Repos et tranquillité

Le lieu est calme, idéal pour se reposer. Nous y étions en hiver, nous avons trouvé un gîte très propre, confortable et chauffé. Il correspond parfaitement à l'énoncé du site. On a passé de bons moments en ballade dans la région. Merci à Alexine pour son accueil !

Une très beau studio pour relaxer

Nous avons séjournée dans un studio très bien entretenu avec deux terrasses selon que l'on choisit le soleil ou l'ombre. selon le moment de la journée. Les lits sont confortables. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Madame Alexine est très accuillante. Nous recommandons cette fortement cet emplacement.

Superbe vue, et gite bien équipé, merci pour le vin Château Peyrepertuse et la visite de son vignoble par sebastien, vigneron passionné et engagé, et merci à Alexine, notre très sympathique hôtesse pour toutes ses infos concernant la région. Des personnes avec qui on aurait bien passé plus de temps.. Je recommande le gite qui est au cœur des corbières mais pas très loin des plages.

Dépaysement assuré

Nous recommandons vivement ce séjour aux personnes recherchant le calme et la nature. Cette région est superbe. Les villageois accueillants. Pas de commerces excessifs. Alexine ,vous accueille avec bienveillance, et vous conseille sur les sites à voir. Le logement est confortable( rien ne manque) et très propre. Prévoir de bonnes chaussures de randonnée.

Ce gite est fidèle à la description, parfaitement équipé et très propre. Dans un village calme et sympathique avec un environnement montagneux splendide on peut admirer le château de Peyrepertuse côté terrasse et le château de Quéribus côté balcon. Le logement pratiquement neuf est aménagé avec goût et fonctionnalité. L'équipement est parfait et la déco remarquable. Documentation abondante à la disposition des occupants. Vacances de rêve en pays cathare

Le gîte d'Alexine est très bien situé dans un endroit très calme dans un charmant village. Le gîte est très spacieux, très propre et rien n'y manque. Quant à Alexine, c'est une hôte adorable, très chaleureuse et disponible qui aime le contact avec les locataires. Nous avons suivi ses précieux conseils sur les sites à visiter, les randonnées à faire....En résumé nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses même si les températures très élevées (nous avons connu les 40 degrés) étaient un peu difficiles à supporter pour les bretons que nous sommes !

Ideal gelegenes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht.

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus von Alexine sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Alles sauber und sinnvoll eingerichtet, viel Informationsmaterial über die Gegend auch tolle Bilder und Karten an den Wänden. Die Schlafzimmer haben Fliegengitter, und es gibt Jalousien um die heißen Sommertage auszusperren. Die Küche ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler, Toaster, Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Senseo-Coffeemaker, Mikrowelle, scharfe Messer! bis hin zur Zitronenpresse und dem Topflappen, selbst große Tupperware-Dosen für das Picknick unterwegs. Alexine hat sogar Verbrauchsartikel wie Müllbeutel, Alufolie, Geschirrspüler-Tabs, Waschmittel und Toilettenpapier bereitgelegt, es war wirklich für alles gesorgt...Merci beaucoup!!!!! . ...und wer sein e-Auto beim Haus laden möchte, hat eine öffentliche Ladesäule in der Nähe oder die Steckdose beim schattigen Stellplatz als mögliche Option. Das Haus hat einen Wasch-/Abstellraum, wo man z.B. auch mitgebrachte Fahrräder oder ähnliches wegschließen kann. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt...Vielen Dank! Merci Beaucoup!...we will come back!

Séjour très agréable

Gîte très confortable et lumineux, situé à fleur d’un village bucolique doté d’une eau de source vivifiante, il offre de belles vues changeantes sur la vallée et sur les sommets montagneux d’en face. Il nous a permis de faire de belles randonnées à pied, des baignades et des découvertes culturelles intéressantes en voiture.

Un cadre magnifique

Petit séjour mais très agréable hors-saison. Cadre splendide au pied du château de PEYREPERTUSE. Logement fonctionnel avec ses deux terrasses, l'une au sud et l'autre au nord.

Breathtaking views

The property and location of ‘le cosy gite’ were perfect. The gite is extremely well situated with amazing views across and down the valley and is very well equipped for all you holiday needs. Exploring the Châteaux of Peyrepertuse and Queribus were a great highlight as was the Moulin bakery in Cucagnan, where the bakers were so helpful and willing in sharing the knowledge and experience of their products.
