Recently renovated and furnished to a high standard. The property has a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and blackout curtains.
For your siesta, you have a double bed with large duvet and comfy pillows, cabinets, and large wall mirror.

The spacious open plan living area is complete with dining table and a flat screen TV with a double sofa bed, Free UK TV and free fast Wi Fi is available.

The bathroom has a large shower including fresh towels and hairdryer,

Kitchen is equipped with electric oven, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, pots and cooking accessories.
A large communal swimming pool, is complete with sunbeds for those lazy hot days.

GOOD SIZE SUN DRENCHED PATIO with outdoor furniture. complete with with dining table with chairs.

Ample free parking available is available.

Charming apartment with separate entrance in a tourist complex called Sun beach, in the town of Caleta de fuste, a very popular tourist destination due to its excellent location on the east coast of the island.

Only 10-15 minute walk to town center and beaches or €3.00 in a taxi or €2 per person on land train. Nearby only a 5 minute walk away, there is the Monte Castillo center with loads of pubs , restaurants, supermarket and shops and entertainment everything you need for your holiday.

Winter sun in Caleta.

Very clean comfortable bungalow. Exactly as advertised. Near to shops bars and restaurants. The Zanzibar was particularly friendly. Good communication with owners.

relaxing peaceful and chilled

we found the apartment to be modern and immaculately clean . the villa had everything we needed to ensure we had a stress free stay. the nearby pool is large yet quiet enough to ensure we were totally chilled out. plenty of quality Restaurants to choose from . do try Bollywood it is Brilliant , I like a good curry and and all the trimmings and they didn't let us down. The wee road train was handy to get down to the shopping centre . all in all we came back totally recharged .

Perfect getaway for couples

This property is perfect for a getaway. Me and my partner have just been for the second time and since last time the complex has become gates to ensure security which is great. Their is a large communal pool which we often had to ourselves. It is a quite and friendly complex. The bungalow has everything you need to be able to cater for yourselves. It is far enough away from the main town so it is not loud or busy but it is close enough to walk to. Me and my partner are looking at when to go back and hoping it is soon as we love this place and the bungalow. We would highly recommend it.

Recharging for Christmas

The property was just as described in write-up. Silvia was there waiting for us, bright, bubbly and polite. (even though we arrived late, our flight was delayed, re-routed as original airport had had to be closed). She was only a message away if we had any queries. The apartment was ideally placed for us to use as a base to travel around the island. The terrace gets plenty of sun, parasol for shade if needed. We were able to arrange a slightly later check-out, which was much appreciated. On check-out the cleaner arrived at the arranged time, friendly and polite. Bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to main resort, there are a few closer. Peaceful complex. Communication with Tracey prior to departure was always prompt and polite. Overall we would recommend this accommodation.

Cosy well situated apartment

There is nothing much to say really. We have visited Caletta on numerous occasions staying in hotels and more recently villas , usually with the kids but this time just a short break for the two of us. We know the area well and this was perfectly placed we are in our early forties and don't mind a walk , more so without the kids . Close to Montecastillo with mini supermarket and some bars and restaurants . A nice walk into town , further than normal due to main footpath down the middle of area is close for repairs. Pool area is nice , only swam the once it was soooo cold brrrrrrr . The apartment is just as photos , lovely , clean, plenty of equipment and items such as tea coffee , sugar washing up liquid etc . The only negative I have is that I haven't booked another trip yet and its been over 6 weeks since we got back.
