The property of the Rocca is immersed in the green Chianti hills, 480 meters above sea level, and is an authentic terrace overlooking Tuscany.

A great residence with a large pool and garden, providing you with plenty of seating spaces. The hosts Vania and Lorenzo are vary accommodating. The place is centrally located in the heart of the Chianti-region to explore and visit great places in the neighbourhood.

Great Tuscan Getaway

After 2 days touring Rome this was the perfect place to prop up our feet with a wonderful glass of wine and watch the sunset. We spent 4 nights here and did day trips to smaller towns in the area. We started our day with breakfast in the winery and then started our adventures. The accommodations were fantastic and comfortable. Lorenzo and Vania were fantastic hosts! We would highly recommend this location for your Tuscan getaway.

Wir haben die Toskana nun schon mehrfach besucht und bestimmt auch schon einige gute Objekte gefunden! Aber hier haben wir mal wieder einen Glücksgriff gemacht, alles ist so wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr höflich und nett und wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt Und überall findet man kleine Details, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. Rund um ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für dieses Juwel. Nix

A great residence to relax, enjoy the wines, the pool and views on the Tuscan hills

We had a great stay at Cispiano. Vania and Lorenzo were very accommodating hosts. Cispanio is conveniently located for day trips in the heart of the Chianti-region. The residence, the wines produced by Lorenzo, the pool, the spacious garden and the views on the Tuscan hills were tirelessly impressive.

Sehr schönes Anwesen in wunderschöner Lage perfekt gelegen.

Perfekter Standort, um die wunderschöne Toskana zu erkunden. Das Landgut ist wunderschön gelegen und vom Pool hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick über Weinberge und Olivenhaine. Am Tage und am Abend hat man viele Möglichkeiten sich im und um das Anwesen aufzuhalten und die Ruhe und Landschaft zu genießen. Empfang und Abreise waren sehr unkompliziert und die Besitzer sind sehr, sehr nett.

Beautiful Tuscany

The property is beautiful, rustic farmhouse with amazing views of the Tuscan countryside. The accommodation and property is great and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing stay. The pictures are an accurate representation of the property. Vania was a great host and we truly enjoyed our stay. Not to mention, the wine that they produce was fantastic.

magnifique propriété - déco et aménagement des appartements à revoir

Le domaine est vraiment magnifique avec une superbe point de vue sur la vallée, les vignes et les oliviers depuis la piscine. Isolée en haut d'une colline c'est très calme (mieux vaut avoir un 4x4 pour y accéder;-). Les hôtes sont très accueillants et prévenants. Les aménagements extérieurs sont très biens, jolie et grande piscine bien entretenue avec transats, tables pour déjeuner ou prendre l'apéritif, grand jardin. La visite de la cave et dégustation de vins avec Lorenzo est très sympa, à faire. Quelques belles cuvées et une huile d'olive délicieuse. Bémol concernant les logements pas de four, pas de lave-vaisselle, peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, pas de lave linge (uniquement dispo à l'extérieur en libre service). Déco vieillotte qui manque de charme et douche microscopique, problème d'eau, soit trop chaude soit trop froide. Bonne literie pour le lit double, mais matelas inconfortables pour les lits simples. Nous avons été déçu par notre appartement, l'annonce n'était pas très précise, nous pensions être de plein pied et avoir une terrasse, mais c'était en étage (pas très pratique avec bébé, ni pour les repas en extérieur). Situation géographique top ! Proche de San Gimignano et Castellina in Chianti (village sympa avec bars, restaurants et commerces de bouche).
