A delightful south facing,two bedroomed two bathroomed detached villa with frontline uninterrupted golf views, with a private pool.The villa is furnished to a high standard and is well equipped.Features include a spacious lounge with comfortable seating for six UK TV WiFi . Two good size bedrooms two bathrooms with walk in showers one Ensuite with King size bed and one twin bedded room with lots of cupboard space in each. Both bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING . The kitchen is large with plenty of cupboards. It has an electric induction hob & oven + microwave, air fryer, dishwasher Large fridge freezer. The lounge is spacious with fans and opens through patio doors on to a covered dining terrace,which has outdoor fridge and stone BBQ overlooking the 8x3 swimming pool surrounded by gorgeous white marble terraced area which is south facing bathed in sun most of the day with four Sun Loungers. The roof terrace has spectacular views and boasts further Dining Table, Bar and seating with Parasol. We have recently added a luxurious day bed for your relaxation, we would ask you to use the large towel supplied at all times and keep the waterproof cover on at all times when not in Use please. The villa is only a five minute walk from the resort centre.

Lovely family villa

Lovely little family villa, all the facilities that you would need was there. Check-in was easy, Keith was great host and was quick to reply with a solution to any problems we occurred.

Fantastic location on a lovely resort.

We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday in this perfectly located villa overlooking the golf course. Just a five minute walk from the villa to the Mar Menor Resort facilities which was ideal for an evening meal and little stroll. All communication with Keith the owner was great!

Relaxation and recharge

The property was perfectly located overlooking the 2nd tee , fabulous for my husband a golfer ! The pool was fabulous and due the the stunning weather just about perfect temperature. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything you think you would need ! The villa is perfect location for all the restaurants and bars , but super quiet , overall a great week away in a home from home .

Great family holiday

We had a great 10 night stay here at Mar Menor, our 2 boys aged 10 & 13 loved the pool and used it everyday. The villas here have a very good layout and it had everything we needed, well equipped with a homely feel. Our host Keith was easily contactable, we had a couple of minor issues which he got sorted for us right away. Location was perfect, situated toward the back of the resort so very peaceful, and backing onto the 2nd hole tee giving a lovely outlook and some entertaining golf viewing.

Nice Villa, but...

Mostly clean inside but certain areas were grubby. Outside was covered in dirt. Spent the first couple of hours of our stay scrubbing dirt from the wardrobes, all outside furniture and patio. Not how we planned to start our holiday. Large old rug in the wardrobe made the whole bedroom smell unpleasant. Various fundamental items missing. Indoor broom, corkscrew, remote batteries, sink bowl etc. Not too big a deal for us to buy new ones, but a bit inconvenient. When I told the owner about these issues on our return he implied I was lying and became rude. Poor communication. On our second day we accidentally snagged the back shutter requiring repair to some slats. I reported this to the representative immediately and was eager to pay for the repair, but nobody came to look at it during our stay. After our return the owner was angry that I did not apologise and of the impression that I only reported this on the last day. This was just not the case as the key holders were aware of the whole situation from the outset. Hidden charges. The layout of the lounge was inconvenient as the sofa faces away from the tv so we turned the sofa around and moved the small cupboard. This took maybe a minute or two. Because we didn’t move it back the owner kept the rest of our deposit claiming it cost 20€ to put back. I tried to argue that this charge was unreasonable, but in his words it was: “20Euro which u ain’t getting back!! You removed the furniture you Return it to it’s original position how simple & you would have your 20Euro” Charming. The owner’s attitude stinks. Almost impossible to communicate with and unable to process the fact that his villa has shortcomings or his cleaners are not up to standard. He even seemed to think I was unreasonable for asking if beach towels were provided. The key holders however were extremely pleasant to speak to and very understanding of the shutter damage. Overall the villa is nice with a great view. We did have a lovely holiday there but it was definitely not worth being made to feel so unwelcome, insulted and ripped off. If you book this place be prepared to clean it, then be charged for the pleasure.

ESTANCIA AGRADABLE

La casa estaba bien! Limpia, la piscina era una maravilla, y la zona de exterior muy agradable. En general todo muy bien, solo tiramos en falta la mesa de comedor y sillas que al mediodía comer en la terraza no era cómodo por la calor, pero nos apañamos con una mesita pequeña que había en el salón, para poder comer. Tuvimos problemas con hormigas, no pudimos dejar nada de comida en los armarios por si acaso, pero bueno, esto pasa en muchos lugares, las hormigas se meten en todas partes! Pero la evalución global muy buena, la zona agradable y la disfrutamos mucho de la piscina. Gracias

The devices inside villa are in poor condition. The villa is not correctly equiped and further mainainted for the tenants. The deposit that I have made has not been returned.

Very comfortable villa with a lovely pool and an unspoilt view of the golf course

This is a great villa . It is very comfortable and has a great view of the golf course. We loved the pool which gets the sun all day and the patio/seating area has shade for when it gets hot. The owner communicated very well with us leading up to our holiday and gave us all the information we needed. We would recommend this villa and the resort to any family or couples and would definitely rebook when we come to visit this area again.
