Casa Rural Las Caldereras

Peasant and traditional Canarian house, built in stone since the end of s. XVIII. located in agricultural farm of 8 hectares. It consists of three bedrooms, living room with library, equipped kitchen, a bathroom, several terraces, barbecue area, garden furniture, parking, free wifi; Quiet, sunny, agricultural environment with fruits of the field and wonderful views. The house is 15 minutes from the fantastic Playa de las Canteras and Vegueta, the historic center of the city of Las Palmas. The Rural House Las Caldereras is in an ideal location to go to the mountain and visit the Roque Nublo, to go to the north of the island and visit the Painted Cave of Galdar or the wonderful town of Agaete, or to go south and stroll along the beaches of Maspalomas and El Inglés. From the house the traveler can enter the Rural Park of Doramas and make several hiking trails without the need for new displacement. The visitor is in contact with nature at all times.

Landhaus in ländlicher Lage

Das restaurierte Landhaus liegt in mitten der Natur. Die Räumlichkeiten und der Außenbereich ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu genießen. Gute Lage um Wanderungen und andere sportliche Aktivitäten auf der Insel zu unternehmen.

Wij hebben 3.5 weken genoten van de gastvrijheid van Carlos, en vonden het een erg fijn huis. Alles was aanwezig, en als je vragen had, dan probeerde hij je altijd te helpen. De gastvrijheid was optimaal...wat een geweldige mensen.

Tolle Lage der Finca in der Nähe von Teror. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Das Haus ist wunderbar, der Eigentümer unglaublich nett. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man Ruhe sucht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Carlaos, angefangen vom Präsentkorb mit einheimischen Produkten, gemeinsame Wanderungen in der Nähe oder der Organisation einer Gitarre. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen zumal die zentale Lage ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Touren über die Insel ist.

Just great!

We spent 10 relaxing days from 23.12.-2.1.2019 in this lovely house. Carlos and his wife made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed the peace and nature and had great walks in the countryside of this beautiful island. We booked already a second stay in 2019!

Bei der Anreise stand Carlos an der Straße um auf uns zu warten und bei der Abreise kam er zur Verabschiedung vorbei. Zwischendurch war er immer für Fragen erreichbar. Leider nur auf Spanisch, aber auch das gelang.

Lovely house in a beautiful quiet location

We stayed here with a family of four for one week in December 2017. The house is truly wonderful, beautifully decorated, and presents a great opportunity to escape the crowds along the coast. The furniture is high quality, and the kitchen is well-appointed with excellent appliances and everything we needed for cooking at home. The house is naturally insulated with historic 1/2 meter thick stone walls and was consistently comfortable for us. The views are breathtaking in every direction from inside the house and from the two terraces in front and back. There is abundant opportunity for adventure in the area, including the winding local roads and the impressive driveway down the hill to the house. Teror is also a charming town and quite close by. Most importantly, we appreciated our gracious hosts who greeted us with a delightful selection foods, including an array of local fruits and cheeses. They were always there to help us when we needed assistance with anything.
