Quasi tutto bene!

Siamo stati tutti molto contenti per l'accoglienza, ci sono state offerte due bottiglie di vino e tutto l'occorrente per la colazione. Ci è dispiaciuto soltanto per un piccolo inconveniente sul prezzo riguardante una richiesta di un ulteriore pagamento al nostro arrivo, che poi è stato risolto.

Salve Chiara, mi dispiace davvero per la confusione del pagamento. putroppo per il fatto che io stavo fuori Roma, la signora della contabilità che poi le ha scritto la mail,in Cile,e Stella non trovava la vostra prenotazione sul sito di homelidays ...c'è stato un po' di confusione. perdonatemi davvero. saluti e auguri catharine
