New family apartment 5 min from Trastevere and the Vatican

Just renovated, 5 minutes walk from the historic Trastevere district, the Vatican with its St. Peter's Basilica and the Bambino Gesù Hospital in Rome. Equipped with large spaces, high ceilings and very bright, it has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen area and a living area with smart TV and dining table.
The bedrooms are equipped with double beds with regularly disinfected hypoallergenic memory foam high mattresses and memory foam pillows for an exceptional rest after visiting the Eternal City. Mosquito nets on all windows, to enjoy a pleasant rest even with the windows open.
Fully equipped bathroom with giant shower with chromotherapy, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror, hairdryer, toilet paper, shower gel, hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner at your disposal.
The kitchen is equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove, kettle, capsule coffee machine and the famous moka coffee maker for a perfect Italian coffee. Utensils and crockery are at your disposal to prepare your meals at home, to be enjoyed in the company of your loved ones in the lounge with a comfortable table for 6 people, in front of a 32 inch smart TV to watch your favorite films and TV series by connecting with your account.
Listen to the music you prefer or ask Alexa the news of the day, in the bathroom while you take a shower and throughout the apartment, while you cook or relax, thanks to the home automation supplied throughout the apartment.
Heating and air conditioning throughout the property, to refresh your summer days and warm your winter evenings.
The apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant historic building, with a freight elevator to comfortably transport your suitcases, in a delightful alley typical of Rome.
We will be at your disposal via Whtsapp and we will contact you via Whtsapp to give you information to access the apartment and during your stay if you need it.

RULES
1) I kindly ask my guests to respect the common spaces and the quiet of the condominium and the neighborhood, avoiding high tones of voice, loud music or other noises that may disturb the neighborhood or causing discomfort in opening the front door and door during the night.

2) I kindly ask you leave the kitchen in to wash the dishes you used and shelves and to throw away open food and rubbish on the day of check-out. Leave the accommodation in a state that does not require excessive or deep cleaning (eg. no dishes with moldy food residue, dirty carpets, stains caused by pets, etc.).The cleaning costs only cover ordinary cleaning between one booking and another.If you prefer or if you are in a rush, I offer extra cleaning service to manage kitchen and rubbish upon request, as you can read in the instructions you received before check-in.

3)I will be available to support any needs that must be sent by the dedicated WhtsApp group, through which I will be happy to respond until 10:30 p.m. and from the next morning.

4) During your stay, take care of the keys: make sure not to lose them and carefully use them opening the doors. You are staying in a building where other people live in the near apartments: getting back after 10pm without the keys or the break of keys can be very uncomfortable to them and hard to be managed by night; please, respect the neighbours who gently allow tourists to join the district to visit our beautiful city.

5) Carefully read the instructions about the accommodation shared prior arrival, in order to avoid discomfort and enjoy a wonderful stay.

We will contact you via Whtsapp message to give directions on how to access the apartment. For arrivals after 20.00 by reception in person there is €20 extra fee and 30€ after midnight.

Payment for the renting is already included in the booking, except for the tourist tax which must be paid in cash upon arrival (€6 per person per night).
