This outstanding villa is set in a prestigious area of Calahonda with magnificent panoramic views. Situated alongside other very exclusive properties these villas have been built to the owner’s specification and no expense has been spared in making it one of the most attractive properties in the area. We have 3 villas on offer each housing 14 people comfortably, and with an English management company on call to help you can rent one villa or 2 or 3 together for larger parties up to 45. The size of the villas combined make large parties; weddings, planning anniversaries, birthdays, in the Costa del Sol a feasible option.

Wonderful relaxing five-star stay

I had a lovely stay at Villa panoramica. The villa is gorgeous and very spacious, easily accommodating 14 people. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Internet good. Air conditioning in all rooms was nice to have. Relaxing on the sun loungers by the pool with the sea view was like being in paradise. The jacuzzi and pool table and table tennis gave us the perfect setting for some relaxed (but a little competitive) lazy days at the villa and it meant the kids did not get bored. Victoria communicated well through out the booking process and when in Spain the agents Tina and Mark were perfectly attentive, answering any question promptly. There are several restaurants in the area and some lovely beaches near by. A car is useful in this villa. All round a lovely holiday...... I would certainly recomend

Very Disappointing

Upon arrival the pool water was very dirty ( took days to clear up) and the villa had not been cleaned properly, when the agent was informed she said that’s what there is. The agent who was very unhelpful and dismissive blaming the owner for everything. Eventually had to contact the owner. Bulbs were fused everywhere, cigarette butts, empty glasses, cobwebs everywhere. The furniture is very basic and extremely worn out as is most of the villa. The adjacent villa from the same owner had a group of youngsters blasting music at all times, to the point we were ready to leave the villa. Too many thing to mention and to top it all the agent let herself in nearly an hour before checkout time stated on the website and very rudely gave us a 5 minute ultimatum to leave. Absolutely disgusted with the agents attitude towards a family of paying guests.

Great for Groups and Families

We hired Oceanica and Panoramica for a week as a group of 23 of us. The properties were prefect, the interconnecting gate in the gardens was really useful. The bedrooms were comfortable and have aircon in them. The location is great as it's just off the toll road about 30 minutes from Malaga airport, and picking up the keys was simple. We could walk to 3/4 restaurants up the hill and one bar in less than 10 minutes and I understand there are some more restaurants walkable in the other direction. It is a quiet urbanisation, it was nice to get some rest and relaxation. There's lots to see and do in the area, some of us went into Marbella and tried paddleboarding, a small group went on a hike up the mountains, there's lots of pretty little towns to explore, one day we hired a catamaran from Estepona which is also a lovely place to visit. Puerto Banus was about 20 minutes in a taxi for 40 euro, so it's possible to go out for dinner and drinks there, although it's pricey once you get there. Would recommend having a couple of cars to be able to explore and also get the shipping in, there's lots of supermarkets nearby. The kitchens are well equipped and had plenty of crockery and cutlery for the whole group, there's at least 1 BBQ in each villa, ping pong table, pool table, pool and Jacuzzi - we were thoroughly spoilt. We had such a great week that we are already talking about coming back next year.

I had planned a trip with a group of friends and when searching for a suitable property in which to stay together I were looking for a property that was spacious and that had the facilities to entertain everyone for the course of the stay, I am delighted to have found Villa Panoramica. The owners communicated well on the lead up to the stay and everything was fair effortless with regards to arranging the booking and receiving the details for our stay. On arrival the villa was clean and well presented, with ample space for everyone and even with a large group there is plenty indoor and outdoor space not to feel cramped. With the pool, table tennis, pool table and jacuzzi, large terrace and patio everyone was thoroughly entertained through the course of the stay, as we had planned to spend a majority of our time at the villa as opposed to going out, I had a number of comments from the other guests as to how good the Villa was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Villa, and we are already looking to arrange a booking for next year.

Having a young family understand the need for safety which is why all our pools are gated and jacuzzis covered. The villa also has reja bars for added security on all windows

Large garden and patio area makes this the perfect place to relax. We have 3 villas in a row all with similar facilities so it is ideal if you have a large family gathering, wedding or just several families together. Each villa sleeps 14-15 so collectively you can comfortably accommodate 45 people.
The villa is set over 3 floors with a separate self contained but attached annex so there are 7 bedrooms so even when full it still feels spacious.
