This spacious, bright and airy, 6 bedroom home with harbor views is ideal for large families or groups. All 3 floors feature bedrooms, bathrooms, common living space and access to a deck, porch or patio. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a large rec. room. Three bedrooms and laundry room are located on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms are joined by a Jack and Jill style bathroom and the other has its own dedicated bathroom. The luxurious master bedroom, dining room, powder room and main living area are on the top floor.
All bedrooms contain a queen or king size mattress and a flat screen TV.
All common living spaces have a flat screen TV.
Monomoy is close enough to Town and beaches to be convenient yet far enough away to be able to see the night-time stars.
