We had great communication with Manuele the manager and he helped us with anything that was needed including recommendations for dinner. The only thing I would recommend is maybe a few more shelves & hooks in the bathroom to help with storage and hanging. We had a great time in Venice and would recommend!

Price was not as advertised, they increased the price from what Expedia emailed us. The made us pay immediately at the apartment. We showed the emailed receipt from Expedia but they didn’t care. Air Conditioner was broken and the apartment was extremely hot. The told us it was fixed a month ago and walked us through to repair it and that didn’t work. When it is was working briefly it was incredibly loud. The bed was squeaking every time you moved and my dogs mattress is both a higher quality and more comfortable. The hot water tank is very loud. Dirty linen and cleaning supplies were left behind in the living room. The shower drain wouldn’t drain so you had to stop water and wait patiently until it drained. No apologies whatsoever just excuses. Had a terrible stay and would NOT recommend staying here.
