Perfect location in Marbella. View of Mediterranean from property, 2 minutes walk to beach, close to old town and wide choice of restaurants. All amenities in property available. Macarena, property manager, the best we have ever dealt with. Excellent communications prior to arrival and whilst we were there. Highly recommended

The location was excellent, steps away from the beautiful walkway along the Mediterranean and so close to the old city centre. Kitchen was sufficient, bathroom could be a little cleaner, and the bedroom was very large, and such a beautiful spacious patio. Minor complaint, the pillows could be softer in the bedroom and the towels were new so not very absorbing. Otherwise it was a wonderful vacation!

The view was fantastic as was the location, we are not pool people but the gardens and pool were not used by anyone else so we basically had the area to ourselves on the couple of times we used it. Vera was lovely and very patient. The apartment felt a bit tired but perfectly functional.

Apartamento con ubicación y vista excepcional pero con falta de limpieza y mantenimiento

La cocina estaba sucia. Tuvimos que ponernos a limpiar nada mas llegar : trozos de espaguetis entre placa y bandeja, vasos y cubiertos pegajosos, sartenes con restos de comida, manchas en la encimera que se quitaron después de frotar un poco… Al mirar de cerca el sofá, levantando las almohadas, también se veía que la limpieza había sido superficial. El frigorífico tiene un problema: hay agua chorreando por dentro. Las toallas de baño están para tirar, una tiene manchas. También las tuvimos que lavar nada más llegar, dos veces y con lejía … El tirador de la cisterna no funciona. Teníamos que levantar la tapa. Vera nos dijo que enviara un fontanero, pero no debo tener tiempo en las dos semanas que estuvimos allí. Sospecho que siga la cosa igual. Las paredes están manchadas, con golpes, y huellas de manos (que seguramente, se quitan limpiando un poco…) La cortina de la ducha está sucia y con moho. No entendemos que en un piso como este se sigue usando cortina en vez de mampara. El tubo de la ducha está muy sucio, para cambiar. El sumidero de la bañera no traga el agua. La entrega de las llaves fue más que expeditiva. Quizás era para que nos nos demos cuenta de estos detalles. Para devolver las llaves, llamamos 2 o 3 veces y pusimos un sms el día anterior de la salida, pero sin respuesta... hasta el día siguiente, a las 11 en punto, cuando abandonabamos el piso En final, es una lástima que este piso esté tan mal mantenido

Wonderful view and sweet apt!

Vera es muy amable No tiene wifi , no tiene aire acondicionado. Y cuando hice la reserva esa era una de mis condiciones y no se cumplieron y en la información del departamento de su página dice que lo tiene. La plancha de inducción de la cocina falla constantemente. Es un depto para 2 personas.
