Villa Beach Palace is an impressive large contemporary holiday villa offering a prime location in Armação de Pêra with stunning sea views, just 500 m from the best beaches. This 5 bedroom large villa with pool (heated as an optional extra), jacuzzi (also as an optional extra), barbecue area, games room, air conditioning, Wi-fi and perfect attention to detail, is the ideal escape for a Relaxing break in the sun. Here you can relax in total luxury. The nearest beach to the villa (5 minutes walk) stretches from Armação de Pêra to Gale in Albufeira, is the largest stretch of sand in the central Algarve, where you can find many beach restaurants, water sports activities and much, much more .
Optional extras with an additional cost:
- Pool heating for only € 250 a week;
- Jacuzzi for only € 250 a week;
-Garage(inside house): 130 Euros a week

Prices up to 10 people
The extras are paid on arrival at the house, in cash.

11th and 12th guest are charged an EXTRA BED OR COT in case they are children

– Folding bed / Sofa-Bed for only (for each person - 11th and 12th):
– €130 a week in Low & Mid season& High season
– €140 a week in Peak season
-Cot for only €25 a week;
-Wooden Cot Per Week €50
– Highchair for only €15 a week;

Minimum/multiples 5 or 7 night stay, however this may be flexible in low season.
Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Damage deposit: € 500. 00 will be refunded later than one week later than the bank account).

This is the forth visit to this lovely house for our family of 10. Andrea, our host, is always so helpful and there if we need anything. Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and lovely town. The house is well set up for a group holiday - games room is fantastic for the children and the outside area is lovely and relaxing.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but the extras are clearly described in the listing. They were requested by the guest, and I informed them of the cost, and they decided to request them anyway. Regarding the house next door, it's impossible to accommodate 33 people because it's not a hotel, but a local lodging establishment. Regarding the noise, the guests should have informed me so I could take action to resolve it (but when I asked about the stay, I was told everything was fine). Regarding kitchen utensils, they have them all, and you can see from the comments that no one mentioned this. There are even children's plates and cups (blue and pink). Several cleaning products are available in the house for guests. When I hand over the keys, I let them know that I'm available for any questions, and when a situation arises, I do everything I can to resolve it. I'm very sorry because I try to provide pleasant holidays

Lovely family holiday

The property was prefect for our family of 8 adults, 1 teen and two infants. The only thing was the tiles outside the pool were quite slippy for the kids so would recommend some sort of non slip shoe when they are out of the pool.

I'm very sorry, but it doesn't correspond to reality, the tiles around the pool are not slippery, in fact they are non-slip (with perforations to prevent slipping) however so that there are no doubts I will put a photo of the tile around the pool so that it is noticeable that it does not slip.

A wonderful break

3 generations of our family stayed in this villa & had a great time. The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't bother hiring a car as we could walk to the supermarket, the beach, bars & restaurants easily. The villa is in a very quiet residential area so there was no noise at all.

Beautiful and well equipped Villa with a layout perfect for a large group , yet with spaces for privacy. The garden, pool and outdoor dining are great.Very clean and well prepared when we arrived. Andrea , the property manager , was very friendly and professional and even arranged for an extra coffee machine to suit us. She gave us lots of local tips and advice and dealt swiftly with any questions. Very close to the beach and a large range of restaurants, bars and shops.

A lovely stay

We were a group of 8 adults and we had a lovely time at the vila. There was plenty of space for everyone with 5 beautiful large bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite. The vila is beautifully decorated with a taste of luxury. and a chill out spot in the basement with games. There is plenty of outdoor space too with a great pool, hot tub and plenty of loungers. It is a short 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, which is very convenient and an even shorter walk to the beach. All in all everyone had a great stay.

Stunning villa!

We were a party of 6 adults and 5 children and found the villa amazing, it was very spacious and all the rooms were huge, extremely clean and so many different areas for shade/sun and the pool area was perfect to relax. Andrea was very good answering my many questions and came back to me straight away with answers. We met her at checkin and showed us round the villa, a very kind and lovely lady. Beach few minutes away and plenty of bars/restaurants 10 mins away no need for a car. Couldn’t fault the villa at all, the nicest we’ve stayed in and only wished we could have stayed longer!

Andrea was a superstar from start to finish! Excellent and rapid communication throughout. The property is huge with all amenities you could hope for. Great pool and hot tub, perfect for families. Big BBQ, with plenty of space to cook for large groups. Close to town, didn't need to hire a car at all (walk to beach / restaurants / town centre was approx 5 - 10 minutes). For longer trips Uber / Bolt was quick, easy and cheap! And to top it all off we had perfect weather, didn't see a cloud all week so a big thank you to Andrea for sorting that for us too !!! 😜

Beautiful villa with tasteful furnishings. Very comfortable beds. Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds around the pool area. Things that could be improved Chopping boards( only 1 small ) A welcome starter kit with dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and condiments would be preferable to wine and cake. Only 1 toilet paper per bathroom was abit mean. Otherwise a wonderful holiday was had.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa.The agent, Andrea, was superb and maintained excellent communications with us before, during and after our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her, totally professional and helpful throughout! The villa was immaculately clean upon our arrival and everything worked as it should. The free wi-fi was also very good, all of us were permanently connected throughout our stay, and no-one had any issues whatsoever.The bedrooms were all large with their own bathrooms, there was oodles of outside space for sunbathing, with large balconies upstairs and a lovely roof terrace right at the top.The pool and jacuzzi were very clean, with the pool maintenance man coming several times during our stay, arriving very early each time so as not to disturb us!The villa was ideally located with all of the local amenities being but a 10 min walk away. The Lidl supermarket was a 5 min drive, and has everything most people would require. There are also plenty of other shops, bars and restaurants near the beach, which is also a short walk away.The weather was glorious and we all had a beautiful 2-weeks at this villa.We really did not have any issues to speak of, and we will be returning to this property next year.Thoroughly recommended!
