Pelham house is a three bedroom town house sleeping 6 people, located in the centre of Kewick in the Northern Lakes.

Pelham House offers affordable and comfortable accommodation. Sleeping people in three bedrooms 1 x double and 2 x twin There is a ground floor shower room and WC and a second floor bathroom with separate WC. Living room, wood burning stove and a well equipped dining kitchen. Storage for bikes and outdoor gear is available and there's on-street parking for your cars. Ideally suited to groups of friends or families with pets. Note: stairs to second floor bedroom and bathroom are very steep, not suitable for those with limited mobility and please take care.

Amenities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine.

Gas central heating.

Wood burner (please supply own wood, local petrol stations do supply)

TV, DVD, WiFi.

Gas and electricity included. Bed linen and towels provided.

Also nearby you will find the River Greta and Fitz Park with tennis courts, pitch and put golf or just simply stroll along side the river. For the more energetic visit Whinlatter Forest Park which has a fantastic mountain biking trail and also hosts the tree top adventure Go Ape.

A very comfortable stay in Keswick

The house is nicely furnished with a downstairs bathroom with shower as well as upstairs bath room for those staying in the attic room. It’s a busy area but parking was never a problem. Very convenient for town centre, Derwent lake and other interesting walks. Many thanks

Lovely holiday house for up to 6 people!

Great place in a great location. One bathroom is very modern (shower) while the upstairs bathroom is a bit older (bath tub only).
