Dream House :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed Kealia Landing in June of 2026, and it was a dream house on a dream vacation. The view is absolutely incredible. We spent every minute we could outside watching the waves roll in from the beautiful blue ocean. Watching some extremely talented surfers off in the distance each day was a bonus. The house was well stocked and in great shape. Everything was spotless and the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The internet worked fine and the massive TV was great for watching a couple of movies with the kids. I would give the house a 11/10 and would also highly recommend Kauai Vacation Rentals. Mahalo!

Property had great views of the oceanfront. We even saw dolphins and whales a couple of mornings. It is only a short walk to the beach. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was great for making some of our meals. Location was great for driving to anything on the island.

Family Kauai Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Kealia landing was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We wanted a place we could stay and be happy even if we never left the property and this was it. The whole island is magical and we did leave the property a lot to explore everything. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Clean and lovely. The only thing that was disappointing was the trail down to the beach. We went down it once and never again. Not very friendly even for our very in shape teenagers. That being said the drive down to the beach is super fast and we had fun at it. Plus it is beautiful! The town offers shopping and wonderful food. Close to the airport and easy to get everywhere on the island. We did not have any issues and would love to come back!

Lovely home with very modern vibe. Loved it. The view was amazing. Not far from any of the great places to visit on Kauai (centrally located). Had a wonderful time.
Solid construction stairs to upper bedroom and amazing view.

Wonderful stay at this house! Very private and quiet neighborhood and centrally located. It’s nice to have a spectacular view and a yard for the kids to play in. Well stocked even with beach items including a cooler. It truly felt like home and we all are sad to leave!

Pleasant stay

An absolutely incredible property. This was probably the best vacation of our lives, and the house had a huge part in that. The house is so comfortable and beautiful and the location is absolutely stunning. We arrived after dark the first night and when we woke up the next morning we were in awe of the beauty. The hosts were amazing and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you!

New Years Stay

Kealia Landing House was perfect for our group of six. Spectacular views from the house, we saw whales almost daily from the back patio. Ideal location midway between north and south side of the island meant we were never more than an hour from our sight seeing, hiking destinations.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time at Kealia Landing house. The house suited our needs just fine: three bedrooms each with their own bath for three adult couples vacationing together. The lanai and kitchen served us well. The fresh ocean breeze coming through the big windows and doors was so nice. Only a few items for maintenance or to address: we would suggest having gutters cleaned since they filled with rain water and overflowed because of debris in them. All door and window hardware need maintenance since they were hard to open and close at times. The path to the beach is very steep and the lower section is virtually invisible. You have to bushwhack through the grasses to the trail/walking path below. We would suggest knocking down the grasses so a distinct path is visible from house to trail. Be careful with the beach below the house. Towards the life guard stand is the better area. The area below the house and closer to the breakwater has many unhoused people living in cars and tents. Unsightly and at times, smelled :(

Great house!

Beautiful location and great house! The house was as advertised, was clean, comfortable and had great extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, a small cooler and more. The location was very central and the nearby walking path was perfect for a great run or walk with a perfect view of whales and dolphins in the morning! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to others!
