This glamor apartment is located on the first floor with lift of an historical building, located in an elegant street of the center, Piazza Della Repubblica and The Duomo are within a 3 minutes walk away.

As you enter the apartment (renovated and redecorated in November 2017, 60 sqm) you find an elegant, glamor, design apartment suite: the spacious living room with pull out sofa double bed, the dining area with 4 design chairs around a round white table , the fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas hob.
The bedroom has a king size bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The apartment has many touches of design!
The apartment has a modern bathroom with a big modern shower.
There is a useful washing machine.
The apartment is extremely quite and peaceful because both the windows face an internal silent court.

Perfect place!

This place was perfect! Comfortable living, great bed, perfect location. Our host was amazing- was available for any questions, had a bottle of wine, balloons, and snacks waiting for us since it was our anniversary. She checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here whenever we return to Florence!

Right in the heart of it

It was a romantic stay in the heart of Firenze! Above the bar that invented the Negroni…Artistic, private, had everything we needed in a great location. Easy walk to train station and airport tram. Can’t wait to go back!

Great stay!

This was a nice sized apartment with a small kitchen and all the necessities. Bedroom was large with a wardrobe and there is AC in both rooms. The host was very communicative and worked with me on arrival and departure times. It was much appreciated! Only downside is no view and some lowwww ceilings that my husband rocked his head on a couple times lol but the location was great! Good midway point to both the touristy area and to the river. Would def stay again!

Lovely apartment in central Florence

The Capitelli suite is a very nice apartment in central Florence, with a perfect location : a 8-minute walk to the train station and a 4-minute walk to Piazza della Repubblica. It has a comfortable living room, very good kitchen, decent shower, and a comfortable, firm bed. It faces a courtyard and is quiet except for the loud electronic music played from 18:00 to midnight in the cafe next door. You don't hear the music itself, just the rapid beats. It's a little distracting rather than annoying, and is easy to sleep through. Both the owner and the greeter were wonderful - a joy to work with. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Florence.
