One of the best properties we have stayed in! Great location to Cottonwood, Jerome and Sedona! Very comfortable and tastefully decorated…charming.Wonderful neighborhood with a mix of farm life and cute homes. You can even walk to get fresh eggs down the corner. If you travel with pets…it’s a perfect place. Nice size fenced Yard to just hang out and enjoy.It’s our go to place when we come to Cottonwood. It never disappoints.

The home was perfect for our trip. It was a great location to visit Sedona and a trip up to the Grand canyon. We were pleasantly surprised how much Cottonwood had to offer. The home was very clean and well stocked. All communication was prompt and simple with the host. We will definitely come back and stay again when we visit Arizona.

Incredibly clean well set up beautiful property The neighborhood is awesome. Ranchettes so there are chickens and horse and even people walking their goats. Truly a sanctuary. If you need really good internet for work this may not be the property for you.
